Research On The Design Of Electric Power Metering Experimental Building Based On The Humanism

The electric power measurement center is an important industrial sector that is highly specialized and is concerned with the national economy and people’s livelihood.Its main job is to use a variety of sophisticated equipments,to conduct accurate measurement and calibration of power products and core components.Electricity metering work on the one hand,for our country the whole electric power measurement in the field of scientific development provides the basis support,on the other hand,affect the product quality and safety of electric power industry production standards.Today’s design and construction of electric power measurement experiment building in our country,carrying the production process,the experimental equipment has begun to take the international standard "the weak",but in how the architectural space of measurement and detection place better to fully mix with people,design more "soft environment" of the international advanced level,there is still a certain gap.Measurement experiment based on the study of electric power construction design problems,puts forward the design concept of "humanistic",and the interpretation to the our country the present electric power metering experimental building design with the international first-class gap with industrial architecture.The aim is to improve the design level of electric metrology experimental architecture through the concept of "humanistic view".Put forward our country electric power measurement experiment of "humanism" design strategy and design methods,for the architectural design Angle to improve the whole level of metrologic science to contribute.The paper adopts the research logic of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.Firstly,the problems that need to be raised in the design of electric power meter experiment are put forward.In this way,the design theory of humanist and the experimental building of electric power measurement were analyzed.And then put forward the electric power metering experimental building design strategy based on humanism,its mainly includes the macro strategy of natural organic medium level of workplace diversity strategy and micro environment relatives;In this paper,the practical exploration of the design technique of electric metrology experiment is carried out based on the project of the power metrology center in heilongjiang province.
