Reseach On The Size And Layout Of Urban Residential Block

Based on the current background of China and the actual situation of China,this paper takes city as the research scope,residential neighborhood as the research object,and size and layout as the research content.According to the development of today’s technology and compact land use conditions,the object of this article is further defined in the high-rise residential area.The paper takes the residential area of Shenzhen as an example,studies the size and layout of the neighborhood size of urban residential area.This paper hopes to put forward the living form which conforms to the change of Chinese residential culture and population structure,and explores the size and layout of the future residential neighborhood,which can provide reference for the future urban residential design.This paper based on certain realistic background,social background and policy background,studies the people oriented livable neighborhood pattern.This eaasy uses the method of combining theory with practice,qualitative and quantitative study of urban residential neighborhood size and layout form,for the construction of residential neighborhoods in large cities in China to provide reference and development reference.Based on the study of the evolution of residential neighborhoods at home and abroad,the relevant theories and construction experience at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the research process of residential neighborhood size at home and abroad from a theoretical point of view.This paper discusses in detail the changes China living culture,population structure and living behavior needs,from the perspective of meet the needs of the residents living in the neighborhood China psychological need courtyard space,lay the foundation for the next step of the case study research.In the case study,the author takes Shenzhen city as an example,selects the 75 Shenzhen city construction is selected after the 2000 residential neighborhood.Statistical and analysis the size and plane and other basic information,to find the largest proportion of Shenzhen neighborhood size,and analysis of its layout.The suitable neighborhood size is defined by the degree of enclosure and activity space of neighborhood courtyard,and the empirical neighborhood size range is found in Shenzhen.Then,the author selects a large and small case to conduct in-depth research,investigates its spatial layout,residents’ daily behavior patterns,activity types,etc.based on this,summarizes the daily behavior rules and needs of residents in Shenzhen.The article discusses the residential neighborhood suitable size and layout.In this paper,the influence factors of neighborhood size range are divided into sunshine distance,property management and urban traffic,and the influence of neighborhood size range is summarized from these three aspects.At the same time,according to the theoretical research and case study,the author suggests that the suitable neighborhood size should be between 3 and 6 hectares.Then the author on the neighborhood courtyard layout,from architectural form,courtyard space and public service facilities,traffic organization,space and venue aspects of appropriate form,describes the components suitable neighborhood space.Finally,the author analyzes the differences between Standard for urban residential areas planning & design and my conclusion,and further deepens the research results.This paper based on the starting point-China living culture and the change of population structure,demonstrates the China residential neighborhood courtyard and need space.This paper studies the balance between the reasonable function of residential neighborhood and the contradiction between urban traffic and other contradictions,and describes the constitute a proper settlement courtyard,in order to provide a reference for the future construction of residential neighborhood.
