With the rapid development of urban centralized heating in China,the area of heating is increasing year by year.The problem of energy shortage an d environmental pollution has been the import topic.The paper focused on the uneven heating capacity distribution,excessive supplied heating compared with heating load,and untimely regulation during the heating system operation in Jinan West Railway Station area.Therefore,the heating output in this area was analyzed based on the on-site data analysis system,and the heating load was simulated.The mathematical model on the optimization operation of the centralized heating system in the area in Jinan was put forth,and the strategies for heating system operation regulation were given.Firstly,the current situation of the district heating system in the West Railway Station area was introduced.Based on the heating supplied data in the winter from 2016 to 2017 from the data platform of the heating system,the heating capacity especially in three typical residential communities and their heating stations were analyzed.The heating capacities in 47 heating stations were evaluated.Secondly,based on characteristics of different heating consumers by their heating fees in a residential community of West Railway Station area,the building model for simulation heating load of the district was carried out.The heating load for space heating in a typical residential building in the residential community was simulated,and the heating consumptions in the residential community were given in a year.The heating load for space heating was compared with design heating load for space heating to test the simulated results.The simulated heating load in the residential community was compared with the test value for heating output and the reason that the heating output was more than the heating load in the residential community was analyzed.Thirdly,aiming at the existing problems in the operation regulation of the heating system of the West Railway Station area,some mathematical models on heating load and heating capacity of the heating system were established.Some mathematical models on operation scheduling for the first and second heating network were given.The operation adjustment strategies of the heating system were put forward,and the potential for energy saving of the heating system was analyzed based on the operation strategies.Based on the this research combined with the practice in the centralized heating system in West Railway Station area,the heating output data of the heating system based on data platform,the heating load simulated by De ST software,excessive supplied heating compared with heating load was discussed and the energy saving potential of the heating system was analyzed.The prediction model of heating load established in the paper may forecast the heating output of the heating system accurately and the numbers of the boilers and pumps operation.The operating regulation strategies of the heating system were put forward,which could reduce the energy consumption of heating system,adjust the operation of heating system in time.
