The main research direction of this dissertation is to apply the harmonic fault diagnosis technology to the diagnosis of the status of the power plant electrical equipment.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of diagnostic technology for electrical equipment at home and abroad,it has been found that harmonic fault diagnosis technology can carry out electrified diagnosis of the equipment on the basis of non-splitting and non-stopping of the equipment,diagnose whether the equipment is abnormal and the degree of deterioration and give maintenance Advantages of the proposal.Harmonic fault diagnosis technology has a far-reaching impact on the safe and stable operation of power equipment management systems.Harmonic fault diagnosis technology applied in the research of power plant electrical equipment status diagnosis.First,the wavelet threshold denoising method is adopted to process the current signal.By changing the wavelet coefficients,the wavelet threshold function is then changed to filter the original signal,and after filtering,more accurate harmonic parameters are obtained.As the aging of equipment is the main reason for generating harmonics,the classification of the aging of electrical equipment and the reasons for its occurrence are analyzed.Then,the mechanism of current harmonic generation is analyzed,and harmonics are related to the abnormalities of electrical equipment to explore the relationship between various parts of the electrical drive system and higher harmonics.Detailed description of HDS hardware modules,software modules,and diagnostic calculation steps.The system was experimentally verified in the power plant,and the scheme required for testing the electrical equipment used in the power plant was designed.Then detailed description of the main components of the power plant HDS system and technical parameters,HDS system connection diagram,specific equipment configuration program and specific implementation plan.The final result shows that the HDS system based on harmonic fault diagnosis technology can be applied to the fault detection of electrical equipment in power plants.The comparison of the diagnosis results with the actual conditions verifies the validity and accuracy of the method.
