Asynchronous motors are widely used in various fields because of their low price,easy operation and easy maintenance.As a tool for transferring and transforming energy throughout the system,If a failure occurs during operation,the entire production system will be severely affected or even the entire production system will be shut down.Therefore,it is very necessary to effectively complete the fault diagnosis of the asynchronous motor.Based on the most basic theory of asynchronous motor,this paper analyzes the common faults and corresponding fault diagnosis methods of asynchronous motors,and summarizes the shortcomings.A method for fault diagnosis of asynchronous motors based on harmonic method is proposed.Based on the current harmonics,the current harmonics are associated with the fault location of the asynchronous motor.On the basis of not affecting the operation of the asynchronous motor,it is diagnosed whether the asynchronous motor is faulty,the fault location and the fault degree,and the future operation trend and Maintenance advice.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the overall structure and operation mechanism of the asynchronous motor are introduced.The faults of the asynchronous motor are classified and explained.The theoretical basis for the fault diagnosis of the asynchronous motor is laid,and the common diagnostic methods and shortcomings of various faults are analyzed.Therefore,the harmonic method studied in this paper is proposed for fault diagnosis of asynchronous motors.Then introduce the basic theory of harmonic fault diagnosis.By analyzing a large number of fault data,the principal component analysis method is used to correlate the harmonics with the fault location of the asynchronous motor,and the diagnosis process of the fault diagnosis of the asynchronous motor for the diagnosis of the asynchronous motor is given.Secondly,in order to accurately extract useful harmonic signals and eliminate the influence of noise signals in current signals,it is proposed to eliminate noise by wavelet denoising theory.For signal sampling,the method applied in this thesis is quasi-synchronous sampling technology..Finally,the simulation model of asynchronous motor fault and the experimental platform of harmonic fault diagnosis are built.In the simulation model,a fault of stator inter-turn short circuit is simulated by parameter setting,and the harmonic diagnosis method is used for fault diagnosis.At the same time,the fault diagnosis and simulation diagnosis of the actual motor in the experimental platform are completed.Experimental results confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the method..Figure [41] table [10] reference [62]...
