The complexity and diversity of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)navigation environment and constraints makes route planning one of the most challenging topics in mission planning.Usually,route optimization is a multi-objective optimization problem with constraints.The commonly used optimization method is to transform the multi-objective optimization problem into a single-objective optimization problem by weight coefficient method.This fixed power coefficient can not adapt to the complex battlefield environment changes and different experts preferences on the optimization of the target.There are a wide variety of UAV,and the constraints of different UAV are quite different.Affected by complex constraints,route planning system is designed for the specific type of UAV,which leads to the poor inheritance and the poor coordination of different route planning systems,and the inability to manage and schedule the UAV.To solve these problems,this paper studies the multi-objective optimization route planning method based on the Type-2Fuzzy Sets.Firstly,according to the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the hierarchical decomposition of the complex constraints is carried out.Based on the hierarchical representation structure,the model of complex constraints and indexes is established.The establishment of the complex constraint hierarchical representation model of the UAV implements the standardization of the complex constraints,which lays the foundation for the development of the general route planning system;the decoupling of complex constraints is realized,and the hierarchical decision preference expression method is realized,which is helpful to realize the rationality of expert preference input;the interactive software of the hierarchical representation model is developed with the visio SDK,which brings convenience to the management and configuration of the hierarchical expression model according to the task demands and the performance requirements of the UAV.Then,the Per-C method is improved,which is used to fuzzy reasoning by using thepreference information expressed by different experts in natural language and route constraint value to obtain the cost of fuzzy routes.By applying this fuzzy reasoning process to the A* search cost calculation process,a multi-objective optimization route planning method based on the T2 FSs is proposed.Finally,the route assignment task coordination constraint is realized by the route constraint checking method.The experimental results show that the method can well reflect the preference of experts to optimize the target,and has strong versatility.Compared with the traditional route planning method,this method can better reflect the expert preferences and adapt to the changes of the complex battlefield environment,and has more advantages in the versatility of the route planning system.
