In recent years,the problem that the reduce of structural durability attracts more and more attention of civil engineering.Research shows that:the corrosion of reinforcement is one of the important reasons for reduce of structural durability.And normal reinforcement can be replaced by fiber reinforced polymers(FRP),so the reduce of structural durability can be solved effectively.And this paper presents the structure system of basalt reinforcement inorganic polymer concrete,which uses basalt reinforcement that is resistant to corrosion and has light weight to replace reinforcement,uses inorganic polymer concrete to replace ordinary concrete.This paper conducts the following research for this new system.(1)Through the research on the basic properties of the inorganic polymer concrete and the tensile strength of the basalt reinforcement,the following conclusions are obtained.First,the strength development process of inorganic polymer concrete is similar to normal concrete,and bond properties of inorganic polymers concrete proved very well from the microscopic angle.Second,basalt reinforcement has high ultimate tensile strength,low elastic modulus and high ultimate strain,and it has a good linear relationship of stress-strain.(2)The mechanical properties of Eccentric Compressive Stub Columns of Basalt Reinforced Inorganic Polymer Concrete is simulated by using ABAQUS finite element software.The following mechanical properties are obtained: ultimate bearing capacity,load-displacement curve,load-strain curve of basalt reinforcement and inorganic polymer concrete,the cloud picture of stress distribution etc.Use the simulate results to guide the follow-up test and provide reference for the test,then it can provide contrast analysis after the test.(3)Based on the eccentric compressive stub columns test of basalt reinforced inorganic polymer concrete and ordinary reinforced concrete,The following mechanical properties are obtained: ultimate bearing capacity,load-displacement curve,moment curvature characteristic,load-strain curve of basalt reinforcement and inorganic polymer concrete,crack development etc.The mechanical properties and engineering applicability of Eccentric Compressive Stub Columns of Basalt Reinforced Inorganic Polymer Concrete are comprehensively analyzed.(4)Based on the experiment and finite element analysis,the theoretical calculation formula of eccentric compressive stub columns of basalt reinforced inorganic polymer concrete is derived,and the applicability of the formula is verified.
