With the development of economy,Chemical plant becomes more and more important in the development of society.and Chemical plant forms are changing.The structure of the first high-rise chemical plant is generally used for the concrete steel superstructure form.But this form has many shortcomings.In the contact with the floor concrete and steel structures,there will be a stiffness mutation in the conversion layer,the weak layer is easily produced.and this type of structure in construction also exist inconvenience.so The steel structure of the chemical plant replaced the concrete upper steel structure factory quickly.Chemical plant of steel structure is very complex.because there will exist great quality equipment inside the chemical plant.In the process of chemical production,there will be a very intense vibration inside the equipment.But due to the equipment in the plant's position in general asymmetric,the center of chemical plant and stiffness center has eccentric.So the torsion of steel structure chemical plant will be very irregular.It is very bad for the whole seismic structure.So the research on the vibration response of steel structure is very necessary.In this paper,the mixed control of high rise industrial plant is carried out by using the viscous damper and MR damper.This study belongs to the National Natural Science Foundation of China.Theoretical research on vibration control of high rise building structure.Its project number is 51278393 The main content of this article is as follows:(1)The characteristics of the steel frame structure of chemical plant,And It's translational and torsional seismic response characteristics under the rare earthquake.(2)Research on the semi-active control theory,new type of magnetorheological elastomer(MRE)damper and it's control theory research.The installation of MRE damper steel structure for chemical plant,through using matlab to get the simulation analysis.Study on MRE damper on seismic response of steel structure plant chemical control effect.(3)Design of the shaking table test of steel structure of the chemical plant,and the time history dynamic characteristics compared with the original model and the vibration test model by using the finite element software ANSYS analysis results.
