| The valve hall is the key to high-voltage transmission.At early stage,designs of domestic valve hall used foreign experience for reference,mainly in the form of steel-concrete composite structures.There is a new type of valve hall in recent years that the firewall is inserted from the top down.It improves the traditional valve hall,meeting the requirements of resource saving,environment friendly,industrialization.The stiffness of the frame-assembled firewall panels between frame structure with frame-shear wall structure.In order to research its dynamic characteristics into application,it is necessary to study the effects of assembled firewall on the overall the valve hall structure.Based on the background of one actual converter station valve hall,studying the bearing capacity of firewall node by model test and finite element simulation in this paper.Then,establishing the overall model by using SAP2000,and exploring the influence of assembled firewall on the seismic performance of the structure.Including:1.Exploring the influence of the new assembled firewall on structural seismic performance based on one actual converter station valve hall,and making two models according to the real size of valve hall.Then obtaining the mechanics performance and load-deformation curve under low cyclic loading test of the component.2.Simulating the process of elastic deformation to failure through ANSYS,and comparing with the experimental results.Establishing models of ANSYS and SAP2000 with real size,researching the method to establish precise model by comparing them.Weakening the shell element stiffness of both sides of the firewall is an effective way,and when reduced to its 1/25000,the load-deformation curves of two structural model are same.Meanwhile,establishing model as a reference by using braces.3.Establishing whole model using SAP2000,containing frame model,equivalent weight model,frame-assembly firewall model,brace structure model,frame-shear wall model.Making the seismic analysis of all models,getting conclusion by comparing the dynamic responses:(1)Frame structure and equivalent weight structure have uniform mass distribution,regular whole deformation and little torsional deformation.(2)The longitudinal stiffness of structure nearly doubled due to the assembled firewall,and torsional deformation is more than frame structure.So,we should pay more attention to torsional deformation when we design.(3)It is a practical way to replace the firewall by braces,and its dynamic characteristics is close to frame-assembly firewall structure.So this method could be used for engineering design and calculation. |
