With an increase in the use of automotive electronics,automotive electronic control module diagnostic function applications have become widespread and more complicated.In vehicle manufacturing,EOL testing and after-sales service process requires diagnostic applications.A diagnostic protocol used at various stages of the application is consistent and so does the communication device.However,there are different application scenarios,between which there are differences.The traditional diagnostic applications have databases in different formats and different system architectures,resulting in an increased development costs and reduced efficiency.In view of this,based on the actual needs of an enterprise and drawing on relevant international norms,this thesis worked on the standardization and the integration of diagnostic applications,and did a methods research on the integration of diagnostic platforms,as well as the integrated platform implementation.In an enterprise production,testing and sale of diagnostic applications demand,combined with actual situation,demand generation and analysis,combined with relevant diagnostic criteria as well,principles adhered to by unified database,unified vehicle communication module,unified application software layer and a unified server for the diagnosis integration platform architecture design.The platform was divided into three systems,namely integrated diagnostic database,integrated diagnostic applications and integrated management system,with their development method studied.After studying the ISO 22901 ODX protocol specification,drawing on its content and format,we developed a diagnostic database in XML format which could be directly invoked,and developed of a database configuration tool for achieving the unified and standardized diagnostic database.Based on ISO 22900 and SAE J2534 specification,uniform diagnostic application interface VCI II device was developed.Using the VB language and C # language we developed hierarchical diagnostic applications of multiple versions based on different hardware platforms,to meet the production,testing and after-sales application demand.We set up a remote server and developed a management-side platform.The remote server stored diagnostic protocol,an update of diagnostic applications,and gave related support for data and management.The C# language in the VS 2008 platform was for developing the management system.The client software based on B / S architecture,was used for managing production data and after-sales data.Unit testing for each subsystem then the system testing of updating ECU program and matching IMMO was practiced,and the result showed that the platform was effective,reliable and robust.Through real vehicle testing and validation,the system showed effective and stable properties.The use of this platform shortened the development time.The development method unified the diagnostic database,diagnostic interface device,diagnostic application structure,diagnostics server and diagnostic management system,and used the same architecture combined with flexible adjustments to meet the different application requirements for manufacture,EOL and after-sales.The research improved the efficiency and normalization of diagnostic development,which carried out solved particular problems and promoted the development method of integrated diagnostic applications.
