As the global energy crisis and environmental pollution is more and more prominent,the advantage of solar energy with its reserves of infinite,clean and environmental protection quality recieves the attention of the world,the corresponding development of photovoltaic industry ushered in the spring,the application scope of photovoltaic power generation technology is becoming more and more widely.And how to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system and decrease the cost of power generation is the premise of general use of photovoltaic power generation,so the research on the photovoltaic power generation technology and the related problem has important significance.In this thesis,take the domestic independent photovoltaic power generation system as the research object,designed a set of suitable household independent photovoltaic power generation systems in Inner Mongolia erdos area.In this thesis,aimed at the meteorological characteristics of ordos area in Inner Mongolia as well as domestic demand,designed a set of system capacity allocation scheme.Simulation analysis of system operation was carried out by PVSYST software,verifying the rationality of the capacity allocation;By studying the principle of photovoltaic cells and volt-ampere characteristics,put forward the necessity of maximum power point tracking(MPPT);The merits and defect of the common MPPT control methods was contrasted and analyzed,put forward an improved MPPT control method,and established the modified MPPT control method simulation model in Matlab,the simulation results show that this control method can solve contradictions well that the tracking speed and tracking accuracy cannot meet the requirement at the same time;This thesisdeveloped and researched the household stand-alone photovoltaic power generation system controller,introduced the concept of battery management system(BMS)to the design of controller,effectively improving the performance and service life of the battery pack;In view of the controller hardware and software designed in detail,and completed the PCB;Set up a household independent photovoltaic system experimental platform,and verified the volt-ampere characteristics of photovoltaic battery,battery charge and discharge protection strategy,equilibrium strategies and validated touch display module;On the basis of an old air-conditioning shells,made the control cabinet of independent photovoltaic power generation system,and layout laboratory equipment reasonablely in the control cabinet,finally realized automatic operation of the system and it had high reliability.In this thesis,designed and developed a small household independent photovoltaic power generation system,and it had a certain guiding significance for product development and application.
