Electric vehicle is a green vehicle with zero exhaust emission,and it is a good substitute for traditional fuel vehicle.One of the key technologies in the development of EV is the charging technology of EV.Compared with the traditional wired charging,the emerging wireless charging technology has great advantages in security and flexibility.Therefore,it has attracted wide attention from all walks of life and is the main direction of future development.Based on modern power electronics technology and electromagnetic induction principle,this paper mainly studies and designs a wireless charging system for induction electric vehicle.The LCL-LC compensation topology is applied to the system,and the design method and general design process of inductive electric vehicle wireless charging system based on this topology are summarized,which will play an active role in promoting the development of electric vehicle.Firstly,based on the principle of wireless charging for induction electric vehicle,several coil compensation topologies are analyzed and compared,and LCL-LC topology is selected to be applied to the system.On this basis,the overall design scheme of the system is proposed,which divides the system into three parts.The first part is the front circuit of the system,including power factor correction circuit and high frequency inverter circuit,which mainly realizes the power grid.The power frequency AC is rectified,then converted into the high frequency input source of the next part of the circuit by high frequency inversion,which also has the function of improving the power factor.The second part is the radio energy transmission level circuit,which mainly realizes the wireless transmission of energy,and enhances the transmission distance of the system by choosing the appropriate coil structure.On the basis of the above work,with the aim of stable,reliable and precise control,detailed design and research are carried out for each part of the system circuit,including principle analysis,control chip selection,component parameter design and so on.The simulation of each part of the circuit is carried out by MATLAB simulation software.Finally,according to the design scheme and the simulation results,the experimental platform of the system is built,and the system works stably,which verifies the rationality of the design and the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
