As a special group of people,blind people account for a certain proportion of social composition,and they tend to be hindered by physical defects in mastering time information,such as obtaining time only by inquiring or the timing of the clock.Lack of communication with the outside world has also led to the closure of the blind group,inferiority complex,lack of security and other physiological characteristics.In the continuous development of product design,we need to stand in the perspective of humanistic care,consider the psychological and physiological aspects,and design a product to meet the normal life of the special people.Therefore,this paper proposes the application of haptic perception in the modeling of blind watches.In the process of contact with the outside world,the blind group receives and perceives the external world through tactile sensation.This article starts with the analysis of the physiological defects of the blind.Through the study of the perceptive behavior of the blind people,this paper puts forward the theory of tactile perception mainly from the formation of touch,the relationship between the passive and the friction and the sense of touch and touch.Through the study of the perceptual characteristics of the blind people.Present the importance of haptic perception in product design for blind people is presented.In the design practice of the blind man’s watch modeling,through the guidance of the tactile perception theory,the design view of the blind watch modeling with the double circle digital key protruding instead of the time pointer by the touch is put forward,and the inner structure of the blind watch modeling is deeply analyzed,and the coaxial double disk with a convex assembly is put forward.To meet the basic structure of the design of the blind watch,and to find out the problems of the structure,and to find out the solutions,such as adding a roller at the bottom of the digital key to make the structure running smoothly,and installing the corresponding orbit on the disc;in order to avoid the deformation caused by the pressure of the long finger touch,the force is under force.The supporting structure is installed at the structure,and the structure is not easy to damage.Through this research,we hope to open new direction for the design of blind products,increase the more application of touch in the design of blind products,and raise more attention to the blind watch.Finally,we hope that the design activities of the blind people can be considered on the basis of physiological factors,and take into account thepsychological characteristics of the blind group at the same time,and do the product design which is truly humanistic concern.
