At present,there is only one 220 kV substation,located in the town of Del,the local voice of the government of the government,and the main transformer capacity is 120 MVA,which is responsible for the power supply task of the whole flag of the party.66 kV voltage level is radiation type network frame structure,line connection and "T" connect more,power supply reliability is poor,the power supply radius of terminal station is long,transmission capacity is insufficient,load peak period and low voltage of substation exit,which seriously affect production and living electricity in this area.With the development of the mineral resources in the areas such as Bayan,China,and toda,industrial users have been in the development.In recent years,the economic development of Xingan Meng is rapid and the power load is increasing rapidly.Now the power grid of Jinlai is more and more unable to meet the current demand for power supply reliability.Therefore,we should consider building 220 kV substation to strengthen the network structure to meet the demand of load growth.Because Xingan Meng industry has been in a situation of underdevelopment for a long time,the small scale,the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region East and West help policy,and Xingan Meng’s own transportation and other aspects of the convenient,attracting investment,formed the current industrial rapid development trend,thus speeding up the rapid growth of power load.Over the years,the statistics show that the electricity consumption and the maximum load in Xingan Meng are growing rapidly,and the potential of the electricity market is huge.The structure of the grid structure of Xingan power grid will change dramatically with the continuous construction.In order to meet the needs of Xingan Meng’s load growth,the power supply and reliability of Xingan Meng’s power supply and power supply will be improved in order to meet the needs of the load growth in Xingan Meng.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to highlight the feasibility study of the Xingan Badal Huw 220 kV transmission and transformation project,and it also plays a great role in promoting the sustainable development of economic and social development in Xingan Meng.According to the relevant project feasibility standards and the provisions of the national Power Grid Corp,this paper makes detailed feasibility analysis on the project of Badal Huw 220 kV transmission and transformation project system,the two scheme of thesystem and the selection of substation location and transmission line diameter.And the key analysis of the related projects is carried out.Finally,the detailed investment budget for Badal Huw 220 kV transmission and transformation project is made,and the project investment meets the requirements of the company’s project construction.
