Along with the steady progress of "Belt and Road" strategy,the importance of the highspeed railway on the economic belt is becoming increasingly prominent.At present,the speed of high-speed train has exceeded the 300km/h,which puts forward higher requirements for the control system of high-speed train.However,the current operation control for high-speed train is mainly done through manual operation mode,and the research on the optimal control of the high speed train is still in the initial stage,moreover,the speed optimization curve of the given target can't be tracked accurately.Above all,this series of problems seriously restricts the intelligent development of the high-speed railway in our country.Therefore,the establishment of an effective high-speed train dynamics model and the design of a reasonable high-speed train speed tracking control strategy are of great significance for the smooth implementation of "Belt and Road".According to the nonlinear characteristics of high-speed train running process,on the basis of RBF data-driven modeling method,the dynamic model of high-speed train operation is established,and the speed tracking of high-speed train is designed by using RBF-PID selftuning control Strategy,furthermore,the visual simulation system of high speed train is established through virtual reality technology and the validity of the proposed modeling control method is validated on the visual simulation platform.The main contents are as follows:1?According to the CRH380 AL traction braking characteristics of high speed train and the force analysis of the operation process,the dynamic equation of the high speed EMU is established.Then,the dynamic model of high-speed train operation is established by using RBF neural network based on the actual operation data of the CRH380 AL type EMU from Jinan West to Tengzhou east.2?Based on the established high-speed train dynamics model,RBF-PID self-tuning control strategy is used to track the speed target curve of high-speed train,and compared with PID control,the simulation results show that the control strategy can achieve accurate tracking for the target optimization curve.3?In view of the difficulty of high speed train control system testing in real vehicle,virtual reality technology combined with Multigen creator and Vega prime simulation software are carried out to build the train scene simulation system,which simulates the running condition,the operation characteristic as well as traction/braking characteristics of train under various operating conditions effectively.Besides,the effectiveness of proposed modeling control method is verified on this system.
