| By the end of 2019,the mileage of high-speed railways in China has reached 35,000 kilometers.With the development of China’s high-speed railway network,the capacity of high-speed railways,represented by Beijing-Shanghai Line and other busy lines,tend to be saturated,and unable to meet the growing demand of passenger travels.The design headway of high-speed trains with the speed of 350km/h in China was 3 minutes,but 5 minutes train headway generally uses on the actual train operation diagram,and only some lines can reduce to 4 minutes.Headway of high-speed trains is an important parameter for calculating the line passing capacity,and the train arrival headway(Iarrival)is the largest one of all kinds of train headways if the operating speed is greater than to 300km/h.In order to improve the railway passing capacity and alleviate the capacity shortage of busy lines,there is an urgent need to compress IarrivalAccording to the numeral calculations result that Iarrival will increases rapidly with the increase of the operating speed,this paper proposes a Iarrival compress method by the speed control on railway section.Speed control is implemented in station approaching block sections,and the train is guided to advanced brake to balance its section and arrival headway,so as to compress the train headway.Firstly,paper proposed formulae for calculating train section headway and arrival headway under speed control on station approaching block sections Secondly,effects of value and position of speed control on train section headway and train arrival headway were analyzed,and different section speed control schemes were designed.Based on the road network model,train agent model and train tracking operation model,paper constructed the high-speed railway tracking operation simulation model,and than designed the algorithm according to the signal remaining time to calculate the arrival headway Taking Beijing-Shanghai Line and Shanghai Hongqiao Station as simulation scenarios and CRH380BL EMUs as simulation objects,simulation experiments were performed on different speed control schemes.The experimental results showed that the reasonable speed control scheme can significantly optimize the train arrival headway,and the arrival headway can be compressed by nearly 80 seconds in the simulation test.Based on the theoretical derivation and simulation results,this paper summarized the speed control strategy which is beneficial to compress the train arrival headway,so as to improve the passing capacity of high-speed railway in China. |
