With the deepening of the reform opening up and economic construction,the development of the switch railway transportation enterprises have made great progress,in recent years,increasing the switch railway traffic and the development of high speed trains and heavy load,seriously affected the carrying capacity of the the switch railway the switch rail,the switch rail production quality and performance at the same time also put forward strict requirements.Electromagnetic induction heating was carried out on the the switch rail heat treatment,can high efficiency,energy saving,produce the best quality of the switch rail and the switch rail in the electromagnetic induction heating process,the different shape of induction coil production has important influence on steel quality and performance.The paper adopt the circular,triangle,and copying three induction coil respectively to simulate the switch rail induction heating electricity in the actual production process,and aims at different induction coil on the the switch rail electromagnetic induction heating thermal aspects has carried on the comprehensive research.Through many physical field finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish the induction coil electromagnetic heating-thermal coupling model of the switch rail,adopt the model of the switch rail induction heating of the electromagnetic field and temperature field in the process of mutual coupling mechanism is simulated,the the switch rail three-dimensional map of tire temperature field,and based on this research the load current density,current frequency and induction coil and the gap between the switch rail to the switch rail finally the influence law of temperature field distribution,implements the prediction and control of the the switch rail induction heating process.Therefore,in this paper,the the switch rail in the selection and use of induction coil has a guiding significance.In the paper,research work mainly includes:(1)According to the characteristics of the the switch rail induction heating process in practical production,the use of finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish circular,triangle,copying three different entity model of the the switch rail induction heating process of induction coil,the hexahedron mesh entity model,set up to solve boundary condition.(2)Respectively,the parameters of the induction heating process of the the switch rail loading(current density,current frequency,the gap between the induction coil and the switch rail)numerical analysis,discuss its influence on the switch rail induction heating temperature field in the process of law;Respectively,the parameters of the induction heating process of the the switch rail loading(current density,current frequency,the gap between the induction coil and the switch rail)numerical analysis,discuss its influence on the switch rail electromagnetic field in the process of induction heating.(3)According to different induction coil under the switch rail induction heating process,record the switch rail induction heating under different induction coil corresponding parameters,through the analysis of data,analysis of switch rail simulated under what coil induction heating quality and better performance.Therefore,this paper is of great guiding significance for the selection and use of the rail of the bifurcated rail to reduce the temperature difference of the depth of the rail and improve the temperature distribution of the hardened layer.
