Study On Interior Design Of Residential Building Under Contemporary Design Context

As China’s economy continues to develop and urbanization levels continue to increase,a large influx of people into cities has led to a surge in urban housing demand.For low and middle-income families,if they buy a set of large-scale commercial housing in the city,even if they can borrow from the bank,the resulting loan interest is also a heavy burden on the family.At present,there are about 20% of citizens who plan to buy houses in China.Most of them are young people.The concept of “step-by-step” purchase makes young people who do not have too much savings to favor small-sized houses.Therefore,the youth groups become urban housing at this stage.The main force of purchase.Since implementing the “90/70” policy in May 2006,small-sized units have entered the stage of residential construction,and the development of small-sized indoor space designs is also a requirement of this era.Because the author is a professional master’s degree,she chose to explore the spatial design of small-sized units from the perspective of application.The paper chose “small-sized indoor space construction” as the research focus,through data collection,research and theoretical research on the living needs of young people.The actual project is a combination of research methods,trying to explore the main points of the interior design of young small apartment houses,and put forward a reference design method.This article takes young people as a specific research object,and the main content is divided into four chapters.The first chapter,the introduction part,summarizes the background of the current era and analyzes the relevant concepts of small-sized units.In addition,it also summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter starts from the census data and national policy background,analyzes the status quo of small-sized apartment houses based on practical investigations,analyzes the questionnaire results of contemporary young people’s housing needs,and analyzes actual case studies of contemporary small-sized apartments.House design principles and design points.The third chapter is mainly based on the theoretical research,combined with the actual case analysis and summary,and the actual case transformation design,through the design practice to explore the small space type indoor space variability,space separation and flexible space expansion,to further improve the small space Functional needs,improve youth living comfort.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the research results of the interior design of small-sized apartment houses,intends to analyze the innovative points,characteristic advantages and social and cultural values of the works,and summarizes the design research.From the perspective of the degree of concept,the evaluation of innovative features,and the analysis of causes of inadequacies,analyze the inadequacies of design results and identify the reasons.Based on the above research contents,the purpose of this paper is to explore the inner potential of young small-sized apartment space on the basis of satisfying the living needs of young people.It is hoped that the research results of this thesis can provide new research ideas for contemporary small-sized apartment interior design.
