Space Application In LOFT Small Household Design

LOFT originally refers to attic,now refers to the artist studio transformed from abandoned factory warehouse,and over the years this concept has gradually penetrated into interior design and become a style.At present,due to the rising house prices and the shortage of land resources in cities and other realistic factors,the development trend of small and medium-sized residential houses in cities is good,and small-sized residential houses are more and more welcomed by urban people.However,with the increasing needs of urban residents,the space of small apartments can no longer meet the needs of people’s normal life.So now how to broaden the utilization of space has become a problem to be solved in real estate performance.In choosing housing,more and more urban people pay more attention to the spiritual needs.In this context,the traditional small apartment has been unable to meet the needs of today’s people’s life,so developers actively study the internal space structure of the current small apartment in the light of the current social background,trying to achieve a more flexible space,large variability,adequate storage space,a good sense of comfort.Under this background,LOFT gradually emerged.Because of the large demand for housing and the high price of housing in our cities,the LOFT household has been sought after by many urban residents as soon as it was put forward.Real estate developers have constantly designed LOFT households that are more in line with people’s needs.At present,the LOFT household has formed a unique resource advantage in the real estate market.The most important feature of the LOFT household is the comparative sense of hierarchy.Strong,and equipped with more complete functions,so that people can enjoy a high quality of living in limited space.Compared with other countries,China’s LOFT household started relatively late,the research theory of LOFT household is not complete enough,and the current design of LOFT household can not match our current national conditions.In this context,this paper introduces the concept from the origin of LOFT,the development process of LOFT,the style and characteristics of LOFT and its application in interior design.Taking the interesting and practical design of today’s LOFT apartment as an example,this paper analyses the new type of apartment design of LOFT apartment.The spatial layout structure characteristics of LOFT households are studied.Then,especially for the LOFT household design principle to carry out a comprehensive analysis;Finally,according to the relevant real estate enterprises designed LOFT residential household samples to analyze the practicability of the house,and the development prospects of the LOFT household in China made relevant predictions,providing the corresponding theoretical basis for the future development of the LOFT household,so that the LOFT household can continue to optimize and change.Enter.Finally,it is concluded that LOFT apartment can create a variety of possible residential types in a limited space,and it is now very popular with the public,especially the young people who buy houses in society.
