An Experimental Research On The Effect Of The Contract Reference Point On Justice Perception Of The Contractor:the Moderating Effect Of Individual And Social Reference Point

In the process of contracting and performing contracts,contractors show more fair preference behavior and pursue satisfactory solutions,resulting in construction contract lower efficiency of contract performance.The reason for it is that the contract terms signed by the parties are unreasonable,which leads to the unfairness of the contractor.With the development of project governance theory,some researchers have realized that contractors are social people with social network relations under complex institutional environment.Thus,the promotion of the justice perception of the contractor has become one of the ways to solve the problem of the performance of the contract.The contract reference point theory is introduced into the construction project.The justice perception of the contractor will be influenced by the contract terms,so the contract terms have an important influence on the justice perception of the contractor.However,the contract in the contract reference point theory is a general contract in all transaction relations,and its contract elements are relatively simple.But the contract of the engineering project formed by the large and complex engineering project is more complicated.In addition,the contract reference point theory only studies the influence of the contract on the rights of the contracting party,but individual psychological perception is influenced by multiple reference points.In view of the above analysis,this study will explore the influence of reference point on the relationship between contract reference point and the justice perception of the contractor from the perspective of multi reference points.The main study of the following three parts:(1)Through reviewing the contract reference point,the paper determine the risk allocation clause,risk return clause and risk reward clause as the contract reference point that affect the justice perception of the contractor,and verify the relationship between the contract reference point and the justice perception of the contractor under different contract conditions.(2)Base on the review of the multi reference point theory,individual psychological perception and behavior decision in the organizational behavior,the paper determine the reference point which can affect the individual psychological perception.Combined with the characteristics of construction projects,this paper introduces the appropriate reference point in organizational behavior to construction projects,and finally determines the social reference point and individual reference point.At the same time,the study explores the influence mechanism of these reference points on the relationship between the contract reference point and the justice perception of the contractor.(3)In this paper,we use the experimental method to design different levels of risk allocation clauses,risk income clauses and risk award clauses under different social reference point and individual reference point,analyzing the role of contract reference point for the justice perception of the contractor.The study also explores the impact of social referencepoint and individual reference point on the relationship between contract reference point and justice perception of the contractor,so as to provide suggestions for contract making in contract practice.On the one hand,the research results open the "black box" of contract reference point,adding to the contract reference point theory application in the field of construction project.On the other hand,the research results introduce the multi reference point into the field of construction projects,enhancing the perception of fairness research contractor and solve the performance problems after the contract efficiency provides a new path,which will help engineering owners to develop contract conditions that enhance the justice perception of the contractor.
