| In recent years,the power supply lines for steel-aluminum composite contact rails in urban rail transit are increasing.The expansion joints play a role of mechanical connection and electrical connection in the contact rail power supply lines,and at the same time compensate the expansion and contraction of power supply lines due to thermal expansion and contraction.It is an important component of the entire steel-aluminum composite contact rail power supply system.As the development of the urban rail transit,the requirement for the power supply system is more and more strict.Especially where the space is limited and the monorail mode with large carrying capacity is used,the requirement for the expansion joint is much more strict.Aiming at the characteristics of monorail traffic mode,such as small clearance and large current carrying capacity,the paper studies the structure and performance of expansion joint,and provides a solution for expansion joint.In this paper,the development and application of steel and aluminum composite contact rail are summarized,and different forms of expansion joints at home and abroad are briefly discussed and analyzed.It is pointed out that the expansion joint of contact rail has great significance for urban rail transit.The structure,working principle and main parameters of the expansion joint are expounded,and the structural features and properties of the different expansion joints are analyzed.Combined with the actual operation experience of expansion joints in the line,the main factors that affect the performance of expansion joints and their influence rules are deeply analyzed,which provides a theoretical support for the design of expansion joints.By studying and analyzing the existing structural scheme of expansion joints,a design scheme for expansion joints with single-track traffic patterns for solving small-bounded and large-current-carrying is proposed,and the development and design of prototypes are completed.Using Solidworks software,the model of the expansion joint prototype was established,and the static stress and deformation displacement analysis of the whole prototype andimportant parts were carried out through the Solidworks Simulation finite element analysis module.The fatigue characteristics of the expansion joints were obtained by finite element fatigue analysis.The production and assembly debugging of the expansion joint prototype was completed.The main points of expansion joint assembly and line installation and the inspection items and fault treatment methods in operation were summarized.The expansion joint performance test system is built up,and a more rigorous testing scheme,the expansion joint of sliding force,resistance,carrying capacity,the overall fatigue characteristics such as main performance test,the test results show that the expansion joint performance meet the design requirements.Finally,the performance and characteristics of the expansion joints are evaluated objectively by combining the product debugging and test results. |
