In the traditional training of loader operation, the method of direct operation of the real machine is usually adopted, which often has great safety hidden trouble, and it is time-consuming and labor-consuming.With the rapid development of society,VR technology is applied more and more widely.Based on VR technology, the virtual driving technology of loader is studied in this paper, and the system is developed and designed.Virtual driving is a comprehensive system, which includes object modeling, virtual scene design,multi-view development and software design. In this paper,Unity 3D is chosen as the development platform of the virtual system, and the research on the system is carried out from four main parts:mathematical model analysis, locomotive 3D modeling, scene modeling and software design.(1)Firstly,the kinematics mathematical model of the loader working device and the mathematical model of the locomotive steering mechanism are established, and the kinematic function relationship between the mechanisms is obtained by the help of the Matlab software design,(2)The modeling work of the whole car is carried out by using the Solid Works 3D modeling software and the rendering process of the car body is carried out by using 3DMax to complete the modeling design of the car body.(3)The virtual training scene is designed and developed in Unity, the terrain, vegetation, road and other elements in the scene are designed and modeled.Analysis of collision Detection methods in Virtual Environment and setting of collision ModelFinally,in the above module design work finished, the virtual driving system debug, and modify to some problems in the process of development, after the completion of the work,to release the system.
