Modularization Design And Develop Of Acupoint Machine With WIFI Function

The meridian acupoint instrument originated from acupuncture point therapy of Chinese medicine and acupuncture.It is a kind of instrument for magnetic therapy and massage on human acupoints.The traditional point detector is usually integrated design,from the device shell structure to the hardware circuit and control system,connected by wire.When the user needs to point the point,he manually aligns the instrument to the acupoint by hand,then points the physiotherapy.On the one hand,acupoint selection often takes a lot of time and costs a lot.On the other hand,the integration of equipment leads to problems in some parts,which will lead to the failure of the whole system to continue to use.Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper aims to design a point point instrument with the function of point positioning and magnetic massage.At the same time,it adopts the concept of modular design,equipped with a variety of multi-media function modules which can be used alone,and connects the network through wireless communication,and has solved the disadvantages of artificial acupoints.At the same time promoted the maintainability and extensibility of the product.The main contents of this topic are as follows:(1)The combination of traditional acupuncture instrument structure and working principle,put forward the idea of modular design acupuncture instrument.The overall design of the system is carried out,and functional requirements and device requirements are put forward.According to the overall design requirements of the system,a modular design plan is given.(2)Based on the modular design scheme,the design of the mechanical structure part of the multi module of the point point device is completed,including the point moving magnetic therapy contact in the back point point device,the linear slide table,the slide platform group and the support.At the same time,the magnetic field of magnet part of magnetic contact is analyzed according to the specifications of magnetic therapy products.(3)The design of hardware and software system of acupuncture instrument.In the hardware system,the power supply circuit,the WIFI communication circuit and the main circuits of the modules are introduced.In the software system,the design of the human acupoint coordinate Library Based on the theory of point position of traditional Chinese medicine,the software design of the wireless communication part and the development process of the mobile terminal software are introduced.(4)the system test is carried out,including the LCD module,the phonetic map module,the back point point device and the mobile terminal software,and the system is debugged through the multi module network interconnection.On the surface of the test results,the functions of the modules designed and developed are normal when they are used separately and interconnected by network interconnection.The modular design based on the wireless communication function makes the product easy to upgrade and maintain and meet the expected development requirements.
