Study On Landscape Design Of Village Square

Village Square is an important space carrier of rural residents ’ activities,carrying the functions of transportation,assembly,rest,commerce,disaster prevention and so on,which has good function compatibility and unique landscape synthesis to meet the requirements of people both in matter and spirit.In recent years,with the development and advancement of beautiful rural construction,the village square has become the main window to convey the characteristics of local culture,and has assumed a more arduous task.The rapid development of rural economy has created a material foundation for the improvement of public life quality,and people have put forward newer and higher demands on the quality of rural public space.In order to solve the problem of village Square characteristics,to make the construction of the village square and the whole construction of the beautiful countryside merged,so that can better reflect the homesickness,inherit the characteristics of the local culture,and provide valuable reference for the construction of the beautiful countryside.It is particularly important to find a way to meet the rural landscape design.Through the comparative analysis of the village square,the city square and the other types of public space,this paper sums up the characteristics of the village square,including its functional characteristics,regional characteristics,humanization and cultural characteristics.According to the main characteristics of village square to select the landscape elements,and then according to the traditional design techniques and the design requirements of beautiful rural construction,to arrange the combination of the landscape elements to find the village square construction more appropriate design techniques,highlighting the rural characteristics.This paper focuses on the similarities and differences between the village square and the city square,summed up the main four kinds of differences in the form of formation,service objects,functional needs,economic conditions.The village square more spontaneous formation and freedom,service to rural residents,functional needs more concentrated,stronger compatibility,limited capital investment.In order to inherit the local culture,this paper also studies the historical changes of the village square,focusing on the analysis of the current situation and looking to the future,there are some misunderstandings in the present situation,hope that in the future construction to avoid mistakes in the course of history,in the village construction square area should not be too large,the layout of the square should continue the village style,to explore the garden-style square design,pay attention to rural ecological environment,promote local materials.This paper classifies the village squares according to function and position,sums up the functional requirements of various squares,and according to the needs of the layout design and facilities display,combined with the case of Yu’er Wan Village case for detailed description.The square design should be combined with the surrounding environment,the use of functional supremacy,landscape function as a supplement.The square layout should conform to the village texture,inherit the local culture,and combine the landscape production to improve the living quality of the residents.
