With the fast growth of the national economy,energy demand is increasingly nervous,and the power grid load imbalance is increasing year by year.So while actively encouraging various industries to develop new energy sources,the country is also paying more and more attention to the recycling and utilization of waste heat resources.This paper analyzes the development and research status of water storage and heat recovery system at home and abroad,in accordance with the requirements of the energy conservation and emission reduction project of Sinotruk Jinan Power Division,based on the advanced technology of water storage and waste heat recovery technology,a set of water storage and waste heat recovery system is developed.The one purpose is the low quality heat recovery by improving high temperature heat pump,and then used for heating and cleaning machine,coating line heating and heating plant,can efficiently recover the air compressor discharge low temperature waste heat,greatly reduce the operation cost;the other purpose is the use of water storage technology valley electric refrigeration storage,peak release,realize the peak load shifting and control demand,the balance of national power grid load,the cost of electricity is reduced.The main contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,in order to achieve centralized control of the decentralized equipment of the system,the control system is designed to have three network structures and two communication protocols,and a communication protocol conversion box is designed as a transit station at the middle layer of the network structure,and is added to the control system through a dedicated network.The safety,stability and reliability of the control system are fully guaranteed.Secondly,in order to realize the automatic mode and the manual mode of the integrated system,the valve is specially designed to control the circuit.If the main control system of this integrated system is in an emergency situation,it can achieve manual emergency shutdown and normal operation of the system within the shortest emergency response time for equipment that specifically controls the circuit of the valve.Ensure that the whole integrated system remains in a safe and reliable state.Thirdly,in order to facilitate the switch between automatic and manual mode,a special valve control circuit is developed to realize the quick switch between manual and automatic mode.In the main control system emergency failure,through this mode switch circuit,the valve manual operation to achieve the normal operation of the system,ensure the safety of the air-conditioning system.Fourthly,at present,the human-machine interface of the general air conditioning control system is generally relatively simple.The equipment that is monitored and operated is often not many,and it is often an industrial control machine with low resolution.However,because the system is a central air-conditioning system with complex and centralized control and numerous equipment,it is distributed widely.The software system mainly shows the state of the main control equipment such as each unit,pump,Valve,water distributor,water collector,storage heat storage tank and other equipment,cold and hot water flow,temperature of each monitoring point of the system,etc.,so as to maximize the necessary information.All display,personnel operation is more convenient.Fifthly,the application conditions of water storage cooling and afterheat recovery system in Sinotruk Jinan Power Division are introduced.The operation mode of eight kinds of operating modes under different requirements is analyzed and explained.The economic analysis and calculation of the project results are also made.The project successfully realized the total assembly,coordination and operation,the annual savings in energy costs 1 million 940 thousand yuan annual energy cost,and successfully passed through the Jinan city,the credit commission's acceptance,has become Jinan city electric demand side management demonstration project.has obtained good social and economic benefits.The project is the first in the country and have a good extension value and demonstration.
