Hydraulic wind power generation has the importance under compact structure,low weight,and high stability.It has created an extensive attraction in China and other countries.Being a core component,wind power absorption pump has a direct impact on the final power generation quality.However,the existing hydraulic pump has a high speed and poor performance under low-speed conditions in the market.Therefore,the research significance carried out on the performance of low-speed wind power absorption pump.The research work of this project revolves around the wind power absorption pump,the main research contents in this paper are as follows:(1)Design a kind of crankshaft connecting rod and valve-distribution mechanism for wind power absorption pump,and carry out structural design and theoretical calculation of its key parts.On the basis of dynamics theory mechanism,the dynamic characteristics of wind power absorption pump are studied and the basic criteria for the structural design of wind power absorption pump are explored.(2)The valve mathematical model for the wind power absorption pump is established and the characteristics for the valve dynamic response is studied.The results show that the core valve has a particular lag with respect to the movement of piston.The opening lag angle is greater than the closing lag angle so that the flow through the valve port can be reduced.Simultaneously,the influences of valve structure parameters,load pressure and speed rotation on the dynamic response of valve characteristics are analyzed.(3)The instantaneous flow mathematical model and AMESim simulation model of wind power absorption pump are established under the studies of wind power pump flow characteristics.The results indicate that wind power absorption pump has small fluctuation under the rated speed in flow output and high volumetric efficiency.Moreover,the better flow output performance can be achieved under the lower rotation speed.The wind powerabsorption pump flow rate is randomly changed within the wind speed under natural wind.The flow pulsation rate of the system is large,and the accumulator can effectively suppress the flow pulsation.(4)A prototype is developed based on the similarity principle and experimental scheme to test the flow characteristics of the wind power absorption pump is designed at different rotation,different loads speed and non steady speeds.The research results have governed significance for the design of wind power absorption pump applied in hydraulic wind power generation system.
