With the development of economy,the global environment worsening and the growing shortage of fossil fuels,coupled with international crude prices unstable factors is more,all countries in the world are currently looking for new alternative energy for in order to reduce its dependence on fossil fuels,especially oil.However,China itself is a country with a lot of coal and less oil.In the short term,China's energy structure with coal as the main energy will not change.In addition,the development of battery saving and charging and discharge related technologies are becoming more and more mature.On September 8,2017,the country's vice-minister xin guobin,in 2017 China's auto industry development international BBS has made it clear that: at present the ministry has been launched about the timetable for traditional energy vehicles to stop the production and sales.Under this kind of background,the development trend of new energy vehicles in China,namely electric vehicles,gradually replacing the fuel vehicles in the future is already the trend.Obviously,as more and more electric car users appear,there will be more and more emerging power retailers,namely,electric vehicle charging station operators.However,the pricing problem of these new power retailers must have high research value.In this paper,based on stackelberg game model(those operators for leaders,and those operators for their followers)to build the pricing model and its equilibrium solution is obtained,by an example simulation user needs cost sensitive coefficient is discussed the effects of factors on pricing strategies.Among them,introduced the theory of consumer psychology to build price demand response function,took advantage of the price difference of different time periods to describe the transfer of charging demand during different periods.,related the pricing strategy of different time periods organically through the transfer of power demand at different times.The theory of traffic flow equalization is introduced in the process of solving the sensitivity coefficient of demand cost,comprehensive considering the traveler will travel because of some factors such as convenience,efficiency,comfort,choose a different way to travel,to build the traveler travel demand equilibrium assignment model,through the travel demand and the demand of charging inner link of travel demand as the breakthrough point to find the cost charge sensitive coefficient calculation method,and through the example simulation in this paper to explore the influence of some factors for the sensitivity coefficient.
