TBM cutterhead is at the forefront of the TBM and is directly connected with the surrounding rock,so it is the core component of the TBM.In order to meet the convenience of function,processing and transportation,it will not be designed as a continuous whole,but a separate design,manufacture and on-site assembly method.The current design usually treats the split cutter head as a whole cutter head.It doesn't consider the influence of bolt and welding joint.It has great experience and lacks a complete design theory.In order to accurately analyze the dynamic performance of split cutter head joint surface,through the experimental research of bolt and welding joint surface,using finite element modeling and experimental verification,we get the modeling method of bolt and weld joint surface and apply it to the dynamic characteristic analysis of TBM cutter head.The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1)The development history and research status at home and abroad of TBM and bolt-welded joint surface are reviewed.The origin and significance of this thesis are expounded.Finally,it is proposed the research method and the content of this paper.(2)The force and drive moment of TBM cutterhead under normal working condition were calculated,which provides date for finite element analysis of TBM cutterhead.The form of TBM cutterhead partition and the modeling method of bolt-welded joint surface were introduced.(3)Using SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench establish the finite element analysis model of L-type of weld and bolts joint structure joint interface.Through the modal experiment analysis,validate the accuracy of the modeling approach.(4)Analyzed the bolt quantity and distribution effect on vibration characteristics of welded joint.For common bolt failure problems,the effect of bolt failure on the vibration characteristics of the joint surface was analyzed by experiments.(5)In order to verify the validity of modeling method for dynamic characteristic analysis of TBM cutterhead,a miniature TBM cutterhead model is established.The static and dynamic characteristics of TBM cutterhead were analyzed,and the accuracy of the model was verified through experiments.
