Integrated transmissions are playing signigicant roles in military tracked vehicles. They're not only subjected to internal incentives such as internal gears, drive shafts and bearings, but also external shocks from the impact of the engine and the road surface, which can cause vibration and deformation and have impact on the reliability and safety of the military vehicles.Vibration may cause problems with the use of certain parts of the transmission. In the use of vehicles, the oil pipeline on the surface of the transmission fracture occurred sometimes.Considering on the bolt joints, finite element model of military tracked vehicle integrated transmission equipment gearbox housing is established, the influence of bolt connection on the deformation of the gearbox housing is studied. Also the response of intgrated transmission housing and the oil pipeline under the inner and outer dynamic affection is studied.Main research contents and results,as follows:1.The finite element model of bolt joint surface is established, and the accuracy of the model is verified by modeling and simulation of simple joint.2.Considering on the bolt joints, finite element model of integrated transmission housing is established, and the influence of the bolted connection on the mode is discussed from the different bonding surface treatment methods, the number of different bolts and the different bolt preloading force.3.Considering on the force of the shaft on the housing, the response of the housing under static load mode is studied. The natural frequency, vibration and deformation and stress response of integrated transmission is studied.4.Analysis of structure and dynamic response of transmission under impact was completed by using ABAQUS and experiments.Found the cause of the oil pipeline fracture, and proposed improvement measures.
