Research On The Space Design Of Ancient Town Boutique Hotel Based On Reuse Of Old Buildings Of Sichuan And Chongqing

With the improvement of people's life in our country,it needs to present diversified characteristics and hope for a richer spiritual and cultural life,and tourism becomes an important way of public leisure.As an important branch of tourism,ancient town tourism is popular with people.In addition,consumers no longer satisfy the homogenization products of traditional hotels and seek personalized residential experience,which has led to the emergence of non-standard accommodation products.Therefore,as one of the non-standard accommodation types,boutique hotel has become an important part of the tourism industry in ancient towns.In addition,because of the early protection concept is poorer,the ancient town of new buildings and s more,as for the construction of the new type of urbanization,housing gradually cannot satisfy the needs of the development of the modern festering,loss of vitality,urgently needs to be updated.Therefore,in the above background,the combination of old town old buildings and boutique hotels is produced.In recent years,the re-use of old buildings in China has been rapidly expanding,which has attracted the attention of many investors and experts.The ancient towns in sichuan and chongqing are rich in resources,rich in culture and rich in customs.The development of ancient towns is endowed with unique advantages.However,the research on the boutique hotels in ancient towns is not deep enough,especially the research on the function and space of the ancient town style,culture and old building restrictions.To this,the article USES the literature research,field research,questionnaire survey and other research methods,combined with the already built in the ancient town of tourism developed boutique hotel analysis summary for each region town boutique hotel space design in this paper.This paper starting from the concept and development of the boutique hotel,through the analysis of the commonness of guzhen boutique hotel,defines its concept,and summarizes the types and characteristics,and to summarize each region's ancient cultural factors;Secondly,through the investigation of the status quo of the boutique hotels in ancient towns,the author summarizes the experience and existing problems of excellent cases and puts forward the general idea of design.The main part of the article is the research on the design strategy,which summarizes the strategies of cultural information utilization,overall layout and internal and external space according to the preliminary literature summary and case study.In addition,an empirical study was conducted through the re-use of the hostel in an ancient town in chongqing.Finally summarizes the full text,put forward in this paper,the main research conclusions: the ancient town of boutique hotel should have exquisite architectural scale,intensive town culture,elaborate operation management,fine features such as high market positioning;Ancient town of conversion of old buildings to the boutique hotel in space contradiction and experience requirements,should follow the general,to the ground,accuracy,protective principles,and from the culture of the old building information utilization,general layout,the outer space and interior space design,etc.This research has certain reference value for designers,investors and operators,which is aimed at providing effective reference for relevant industries.
