The Research On The Design Of Boutique Hotel Under Old Cityscape Control

This project is located in the north end of Dayan ancient town in Lijiang city,Yunnan province,as well as in the 'construction control buffer zone' outside the protection zone of the old town.According to the regulations of Lijiang ancient town administration,the facilities which have no direct relationship with the function and nature of the ancient city are prohibited from construction in 'construction control buffer zone'.If the buildings need to be rebuilt or newly built,the nature,volume,height,color and form of these buildings should be unified with the style of the adjacent ones.Due to the restrictions of Lijiang ancient town Authority and the local Naxi culture,the architectural feature of the project must be similar to that of the Naxi local dwellings.The Naxi fork dwellings have wooden structure.If the traditional dwellings with wooden structure have to meet the requirements of modern residence and business activities,and guarantee the effect of sound insulation,moisture-proof and sealing,it will require a higher cost.Therefore,the main goal of this design is to make the new building consistent with the ancient town in terms of function,volume,height,color and form,Through the modern building structure and structural design,realizing innovation under the protection of the traditional feature of the ancient town.The content and structure of this paper are as follows.The first chapter is an introduction including the research background,research purpose,and project design basis.And the second chapter is the General Situation of the Project including project location,project positioning analysis and research,the surrounding environment of the base,the advantages and disadvantages of the project,and the current situation of the project.Following is the third chapter which is Project Research.It introduces several typical cases,summarizes the plane layout,frame system and architectural elements of the local Naxi folk dwellings in Lijiang.The forth chapter is Building Design Analysis including site planning,plane layout,facade and sculpt design,section design,material design and effect drawing.The fifth chapter is the design sketch of this design.The sixth chapter is technical drawings of this design.
