This article combines the military project "construction and application of road load spectrum test data of military vehicles" and uses military vehicles as research objects.It aims to solve the problem of difficulty of management and application of military vehicle test data,and utilizes corresponding software development tools to comprehensively use database management theory,signal analysis and processing methods,mathematical statistics methods and fatigue analysis and other theories,to achieve the establishment of test data management system and road load test data storage and application.A complete series of road load spectrum test,storage,analysis and processing,preparation and application has been formed,laying a certain foundation for improving the management and application of test data for military special vehicles in China.This article firstly reads the domestic and foreign literature extensively,summarizes the connection technology of the database,the comprehensive application of the data management system in the test data management,and the acquisition and compilation of the road load spectrum.Combined with the working characteristics of special vehicles,the road load spectrum test method was determined and the required road load spectrum data was obtained.Using LabVIEW as a software development platform,combined with SQL Server to establish a database management system for a variety of test data,to achieve standardized data management.The road load spectrum data was imported into the system and a series of functional tests were conducted.Subsequently,some theories and methods used in road load spectrum analysis and processing are introduced in detail,including data preprocessing techniques,statistical analysis methods of sample data,editing of typical working conditions,rain flow counting method and load extrapolation theory.Use the above theory to edit the messy test data into the cycle conditions of the test vehicle.The 3? principle was used to identify the outliers in the data and replace them with the average of the previous two values.The least squares method was used to remove the trend items,and the threshold method was used to remove the invalid amplitudes.The ADF test was used to achieve the test of stationarity.A new rainflow counting method that can characterize the loading direction is proposed,and a rainflow matrix with loading direction is formed.And using different extrapolation methods to achieve extrapolation of the load spectrum,lay the foundation for the preparation and application of the following load spectrum.Finally,the different load spectrum preparation methods and fatigue analysis theory were introduced and the corresponding load spectrum was compiled.Taking the front driveshaft of the test vehicle as an example,the loaded load spectrum was loaded into ANSYS for fatigue simulation.Analysis and comparison with the untreated load show that the load spectrum after the rain flow counting method has the same damage effect as the original load-time history.
