With the improvement of people’s living standard,the improvement of road network has put forward higher requirements,such as"village pass"road construction,which will definitely increase the road coverage in our country.It is well known that extensive hardening of the road has caused a series of environmental problems,such as the heat island effect,urban waterlogging,shortage of water resources and ecological degradation,etc.The emergence of the permeable pavement materials can not only solve the environmental problem,but also improve the construction of road network.Permeable pavement material is a kind of symbiosis with natural environment-friendly functional materials.Scholars at home and abroad to make a lot of research work,but its high permeability low mechanical performance problems needs to solve.In recent years,vigorously promote sustainable green economy development in our country,used in the construction industry has serious resource and environmental burden material gradually discouraged,and the most representative materials are the ordinary Portland cement and ordinary concrete.Concrete of the main raw material is clay,limestone,sandstone and other natural mineral resources,mining lead to a lot of water loss and soil erosion,river diversions,farmland damage and other serious consequences.And each one ton of cement clinker production should be 1.4 1.5 t limestone,clay,0.3 t,0.18 t of standard coal combustion,emission CO21t,harmful gas SO20.74 Kg,NOX1.51 Kg,0.13 t dust and other pollutants.To solve above problems,this paper has low energy consumption and high strength of polymer gel material as a slurry of permeable pavement materials,carry out exploratory study.The orthogonal test was used to design the mix ratio of pervious concrete.The effects of porosity,aggregate particle size,solid ratio,slag content and water glass modulus on the properties of pervious concrete were studied with the indexes of compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,water permeability coefficient and frost resistance.Through analysis it is concluded that the target porosity of 15%,The ratio of activator to solid material.of 60%,the aggregate size of 25 mm,water glass modulus of 1.4,slag dosage for the optimal ratio of 20%.The compressive strength of the permeable concrete was 24.5MPa for 3 days,33MPa for 28 days,and2.4Mpa for splitting tensile strength.By fitting the data of the orthogonal experiment found that the power relationship between porosity and permeable coefficient are:y=9.90289×10-74.84816,2=0.73,Permeable coefficient and the relationship between the compressive strength is still a negative correlation,but on the basis of the guarantee permeable ability,alkali excitation gelled material can greatly improve the strength of porous concrete:y=37.12091-0.50109,R2=0.82.The measured porosity and splitting tensile strength of the relationship,according to previous research,the correlation is not good,follow-up should step up the verification experiment:y=4.8816-0.1004x,R2=0.57.Compressive strength and splitting tensile strength between the power relationships:y=0.540550.48497,R2=0.77,is found in ordinary waterproof concrete,polymer flooding in concrete can effectively improve the tension and compression ratio,material for the life of the material has a positive effect:Found in the study of proportion of waterproof products,local polymer viscosity of slurry material is 193900194000 mPa·s,slurry can happen with aggregate better package.And with water-binder ratio of 0.3,ratio of activator to solid material of 60%complete basic water-binder ratio of 0.26,activated solid than 40%complete surface preparation.Through SEM,mercury injection apparatus,XRD analysis found that the surface of the polymerization degree as mixture at the grassroots level,therefore,the final decision at the grass-roots level and the proportion of surface using the same.
