The high-rise building will set up strengthened stories to increase the overall stiffness of the structure,and it will cause the redistribution of the internal force of the structural members,effectively reduce the stress concentration and shear lag of external frame column(especially the corner column),so as to improve the stress performance of the structural vertical member and reduce the lateral displacement of the structure.The high-rise building with the strengthened story usually adopts steel structure outrigger trusses stiffness which is close to the column.Its outstanding disadvantages are long construction period,higher unit price and difficult construction.If the concrete is used as the construction material of the outrigger trusses,the stiffness of the structure is high and the amount of steel is less,but it can easily cause the cracking and damage of the concrete under the action of the earthquake,and the reliability of its use is reduced.The hybrid outrigger structure takes into account many advantages,but it is seldom applied at home and abroad,and its mechanical performance is not clear.Therefore,this paper comprehensively considers the actual construction process,based on the north four tower project of Chongqing Lai Fu Shi,and adopts the method of combining the field testing with the theoretical analysis and calculation.The main contents of this article are as follows:First of all,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents,this paper carefully studies the existing achievements,summarizes the construction and monitoring of the reinforced layer of the frame-core structure wall,deeply interprets the research object,and provides the basis for the analysis of the subsequent entity test results.Secondly,in view of the characteristics of frame-core structure wall,two types of outrigger structure and waist truss member are tested.On the basis of accurate working conditions,the multiple influence factors are judged by processing and analyzing the measured data,and the stress development law of strengthened story outrigger trusses and the waist truss members during the construction period is also mastered.Finally,combined with the results of entity testing,and considering the comprehensive factors that affect strengthened stories,the finite element analysis software SAP2000 is used to establish the calculation model of frame-core structure wall,to study the characteristics of the stress performance of strengthened stories during the construction period,to master the stress development law of the important components and to guide the actual construction process.
