| As a new way of transportation,the high speed railway has great influence on the traffic convenience and social economic development.High speed railway has the characteristics of large capacity,low running cost and low energy consumption.It has absolute advantages in large volume and long distance transportation,and also has strong competitiveness in short distance passenger transport and high-density transportation.The high-speed railway has many similarities with the traditional way of transportation,such as highway and shipping,but there are also notable differences.With the development of society,the construction and development of high speed railway is faster and faster,and its social and economic benefits are more and more obvious.Studying high-speed railway has certain value for regional accessibility and economic connection.In this paper,11 cities along the Chengdu Chongqing high speed railway are selected as the research object.In 2015 and 2016 after the traffic of the high speed railway,the year of the study is studied.By using the 9 economic data of the cities along the high speed rail line of SPSS software,the economic scale of each city is evaluated by the principal component analysis,and the grade of Chongqing and Chengdu is evaluated.First tier cities,Ziyang,Neijiang,Yongchuan and Bishan were selected as the two tier cities.Jianyang,Zizhong,Longchang,Rongchang and Dazu were rated as three tier cities.By establishing the weighted average travel time model,the economic potential model and the daily accessibility model,the changes in the accessibility and the spatial evolution of the cities along the road are analyzed,and the change of the economic relations between the cities before and after the traffic is analyzed by the gravitational model.After high speed rail transit,the travel time of every site in the city has been greatly compressed,the accessibility has been greatly improved,the average effective average travel time reduction rate is 61%the increase rate of economic potential is above 180%,and the intensity of intercity interaction is also improved obviously.The improvement rate of Urban Accessibility of all sites along the line has significant spatial difference,which shows that the rate of accessibility of all stations in the middle section of the line is larger,while the change rate of the first and end of the line is small,and the highest improvement rate in Ziyang,capital,Neijiang,Longchang,Rongchang and Dazu is the highest in the middle section of the line,close to the beginning and end sites.The accessibility improvement rate of Jianyang,Yongchuan and Bishan is low.Chengdu and Chongqing are the beginning and end sites of Chengdu Chongqing railway.Because of their higher level of economic development,more perfect transportation facilities and the opening of the existing Chengdu Chongqing railway,the improvement of accessibility is less than that in the middle of the railway line.The relative difference and absolute difference between the weighted average travel time and the economic potential of each station before and after the high speed rail transit are compared.In general,the relative difference and absolute difference between the weighted average travel time and the absolute difference are narrowing,and the absolute difference between the economic potential is widening and the relative difference narrowing.The overall accessibility of line cities reduces the relative accessibility between cities,making the whole area more balanced.The time cost of people going to each city is reduced.When choosing a trip City,it is not necessary to exclude the distance from the distance of the city.The opening of the Chengdu Chongqing high speed rail has improved the economic ties of the small and medium-sized cities obviously,the economic status of the whole region is improved,the location of Chengdu is almost constant while the location of Chongqing and Bishan is reduced obviously,the relative dominant position of the central city is weakened,the agglomeration effect of the big cities should no longer be obvious,and the high speed rail makes the region pass through.The gap between the advantages and disadvantages is narrowed,the economic development of the region is more balanced,and some cities may also cause outflows of talents,funds and other factors.The opening of the Chengdu Chongqing High Speed Rail greatly shortens the space-time distance between the cities of each site.The sum of the interaction intensity of each city and other cities along the line has been greatly improved.Chengdu and Chongqing,as the economic center of Chengyu urban agglomeration,have stepped up the radiation and attraction of the surrounding areas,and the two major economic centers are highlighted.The central position of the region and the closer social and economic ties along the cities along the lines will gradually form an economic belt along the Chengdu Chongqing iron line,which will have a positive impact on attracting foreign investment,optimizing the industrial layout and optimizing the allocation of strong resources.At the same time,after the opening of the high speed rail,some medium-sized cities along the lines of radiation and attraction have improved obviously.Such as Jianyang,Ziyang and Yongchuan,these cities will become the new economic hub of the Chengdu Chongqing high speed railway area,and form the first level economic group with Chengdu as the core and Jianyang and Ziyang as the two wings,with Chongqing and a Yongchuan.The mountain is a two level economic group of triangulation network and a radiological three level economic group centered on Neijiang.The spatial pattern of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration has evolved from polarization to multilevel and driven the development of regional economic integration. |
