After years of development,the high-speed railway has become an extremely important part of the world's transportation system.The opening of the high-speed railway reduced the cost of transportation and time,effectively solved the problem of rapid and large-scale transport of passengers.It also broke regional restrictions,accelerated the flow of economic factors,improved the flow of factors along the urban economic circle,strengthened the internal economic cycle of the region,promoted the development of cities along the route,and was conducive to the process of regional economic integration.China attaches great importance to the development of highspeed rail,according to the ?2016 Medium and Long-Term Railway Network Plan?of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Railways,China's high-speed rail network will reach 30,000 kilometers by 2020,and will form a "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network.This indicates that the arrival of the high-speed rail era,and it will play a huge role in China's economic development,Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed rail is the backbone route of high-speed rail networks in the southeast coastal areas of China.It is an important link between the exchange of passenger and cargo in the Pearl River Delta,Northeastern Guangdong,and the Economic Zone on the west side,its opening has greatly improved the transportation conditions in the southeast coastal areas and played a major role in the economic development of the regions along the route.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed rail on the accessibility and economic structure of cities along the route.This paper studies the impact of Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed rail on the accessibility and regional economic structure of cities along the route.The main tasks include:(1)Summarized relevant research results at home and abroad,collated relevant information on the impact of high-speed railway on accessibility and regional economic development;(2)Explain the impact mechanism of high-speed rail on accessibility and regional economic development from the macro level,the meso level and the micro level;(3)Select 2012,2014 and 2016 years to conduct empirical research on the accessibility and economic development of cities along the Xiamen-Shenzhen highspeed rail line.Based on ArcGIS 10.2 software,this paper establishes a weighted average travel time model and gravitational model to measure the degree of accessibility and the total amount of economic connections in the cities along the Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed rail line,and based on ArcGIS 10.2 software to visualize the data,analysis of the spatial pattern of accessibility and total economic connections.The empirical results show that after the Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed rail was opened,the accessibility and total economic connections of the cities along the line have been greatly improved.The degree of difference in accessibility and economic aggregate of the cities along the route has been reduced,and the spatial pattern of economic connections between cities has gradually evolved from a point-axis structure to a network structure,and the networkization trend is more obvious.(4)In this paper,the global principal component analysis method is used to measure the comprehensive scores of the economic levels of the cities before and after the opening of the highspeed rail.In order to explore whether the two systems of accessibility and economy have positive effects that promote each other,this paper draws on the concept of coupling degree of physics,establishes a model of coupling coordination,and measures the degree of coupling of accessibility and economic development level.The empirical results show that the coupling degree of the two is very significant,and the differences between the cities have also been reduced.This also reflects the positive synchronous response of high-speed rail and economic development.The improvement of traffic conditions can effectively promote the development of the regional economy.The traffic demand created by regional economic development also continuously stimulates the upgrading of transportation.Both form a positive feedback system to promote the economic integration of the regions along the route.
