Study On The Development Of Zhuangli Town Level City

With continuous improvement of the level of urbanization in China,the development of small towns plays an important role in improving the urban system,absorbing rural surplus labor,and developing the industrial economy of cities and towns.As one of the important implementation paths for the cultivation of small towns,“township-level cities” have achieved good results in the development and reform of small towns in many provinces,and have also aroused widespread concern and discussion in the economic and social academic circles.In July 2015,Zhuangli was identified as one of the first batch of township-level comprehensive reform pilot areas in Shanxi Province and became the leader of the “township-level city” reform in the western region.Therefore,the development of Zhuangli township-level city is very important.This paper takes Zhuangli as an example,based on the analysis and reference of domestic and foreign small town development research results,and analyzes and draws on the domestic experience of the development of existing “town level cities”,the selection of economic industry development,context inheritance and feature shaping,and the layout of the central city’s land are discussed in the hope that it will provide feasible suggestions and opinions for the future development of Zhuangli.This article begins with an analysis of the status quo and problems of the Zhuangli industry,and analyzes the industrial structure of the Zhuangli through the perspective of the status quo of regional industry development,regional relevance,and the perspective of regional industry development.Finally,based on the industrial structure adjustment,Zhuangli proposes Industry development suggestions.After analysis,it is concluded that Zhuangli’s industrial economic development should continue to expand and strengthen the secondary industry,especially the Zhuangli Industrial Zone’s three major industries-"equipment manufacturing,new building materials,and fine chemicals".The development and promotion,while actively developing and The introduction of upstream and downstream industries and supporting industries around the three major industries will be introduced to improve the industrial chain and enhance the aggregation effect.While strengthening secondary production,Zhuangli should promote the development of primary and tertiary industries with secondary industry development advantages;adhere to the guidance of modern agriculture and characteristic agriculture,and shape such brand-name effects as “Fuping persimmon cake” and “Fuping dairy goat” and other characteristic forestry industry and characteristic aquaculture.Through the development of agricultural industrial parks,the establishment of agricultural cooperatives and other means to promote the development of the primary industry;while relying on the superior natural scenery,rich historical heritage and red tourism resources to promote the development of tertiary industry.In the study of the inheritance and development of Zhuangli cultural heritage,through the analysis of the historical and cultural context of Zhuangli and the traditional historical and cultural pattern and its existing problems,the author believes that it is necessary to take into consideration the overall consideration of the surrounding mountains,Mausoleum of the ancestral tomb,rivers,farmland and other important resources,focusing on reconstructing the historical axis,setting up cultural nodes,and demarcating historical and cultural green belts,started with the purpose of inheriting the unique cultural development context of Zhuangli for thousands of years.Urban development and construction can highlight its cultural characteristics and highlight its cultural charm.Space,as the material entity of various elements of urban humanities and economic development,has an important influence on the development of cities and towns.In the center of the township village on the evolution of space history,current situation and existing problems of the overall layout of combing,land suitability evaluation research and development model through the construction of the town center,the city should be in accordance with the "development of central and southern infill development appropriate to expand,optimize the North East",a "two axle lead a ring,dotting the city surrounded by the green space form through the heart".At the end of this paper,the related thinking in the existing development policy,investment and financing system,land system and social guarantee system of town level city system route.Through the above analysis of the township-level city,in order to provide some opinions and suggestions on the future development of Zhuangli in terms of economic industry,culture and space layout,and to provide reference for the development of the northwest township-level city and other small towns.
