Research On The Spatial Differential Development Of Industrial Parks Based On The Idea Of Integration Of Industry And City

As the important carrier of economic development in China,the industrial park is under the double pressure of the world industrial structure restructuring and selfupgrading,which brings challenges to the transition of industrial parks.For the purpose of eliminating such dilemma,industry-city integration has gradually become a development trend.Meanwhile,the different characteristics make this integration have the demand for differential development.In this background,this paper aims to explore different characteristics of industry-city integration through scientific evaluation.In addition,different spatial developing strategies are put forward based on different types of industrial park,striving to comprehensively promote as well as provide guidance for the development of the industry-city integration.This study mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process,cluster analysis and comparative analysis.It takes the industrial park as the research object and studies its differences from the perspective of industry-city integration.In terms of research ideas,firstly,it combs the evolution of industry-city space since the founding of new China and summarizes three features: production function with industrial development as the main feature,living function with supporting facilities as the main feature,and multi-level space matching with production and life function.This paper explores the internal relationship between these three features,based on which,the measurement index system of Industrial Park industry-city integration is constructed from three dimensions of industry,supporting and space.At the same time,nine industrial parks in China are selected for measurement and evaluation.The measurement results are divided into three types: industry-city balanced type,industry-city unbalanced type and industry-city separated type.The common and differential characteristics of different types of industrial parks are analyzed.Besides,the internal and external factors that cause differential characteristics are analyzed as well.What’s more,it also clarifies the relationship between space and the influencing factors.At the end of the study,based on the differential characteristics and development challenges of industry-city integration,different developing strategies are proposed for different types of industrial parks from the perspective of spatial development,which is combined with specific cases to be empirical.The separated industrial park puts forward the strategy of the synchronic expansion of the industry-city space,including strengthening the interaction of the park and city at the park-city level,promoting the organic connection of the park-city space and promoting the industry-city integration at the Industrial Park level,which constructs the synchronic expansion model of the industry-city space.The unbalanced industrial park puts forward the integration strategy of industrial and urban space reconstruction,including the reconstruction of the relationship between industrial and urban areas at the park-city level,the adjustment of urban structure and focus on the overall situation of the park at the Industrial Park level,as well as the construction of the industrial park space reconstruction model.The balanced industrial park puts forward the industry city integration strategy of "acupuncture" promoting type,including focusing on development basis of the industrial park at the park-city level,promoting the micro improvement of the relationship between the industrial park and the city,and enhancing the integration depth at the industrial park level,based on which,the "acupuncture" type promotion model of the industrial park space is constructed.Finally,the paper selects Qujing Economic Development Zone Nanhaizi Area Industrial Park,Horgos economic development zone and Daqing high-tech zone as examples for demonstration.
