In recent years, the pace of urbanization in China has accelerated, and the proportion of building energy consumption in total social energy consumption has remained high.Among them, the larger proportion of consumption in buildings is the heating energy consumption of northern cities and towns. There are three main reasons for this result: First, most centralized heating systems do not have complete real-time monitoring, leading to operational lags.Second, there is a difference in user requirements, but the heating system lacks corresponding operation adjustment strategies, and the mismatch between supply and demand is more prominent, and usually for the supply greater than the demand to run.Third, the operating personnel's professional knowledge is not perfect, the awareness of energy-saving is not strong. In order to reduce the user's heating energy consumption, the household heat metering has been gradually popularized, which makes the terminal users of heating from the original passive acceptance to self-determined on-demand adjustment. While the actual heating machine rooms are mostly operation according to the previous experience, and often supply more than demand, causing a waste of heat. Therefore, how to adjust the operation of the central heating system so that it can match supply and demand is a key issue for reducing the energy consumption of the central heating system when there are various differences in the demand for the terminal users. This article takes residential areas in Xi'an as the research object, and mainly conducts the research on the collaborative regulation method of centralized heating operation in the district. The research contents mainly include: Firstly, the Markov chain model is established to describe the randomness of the personnel in the room, and the DeST software is used to simulate the characteristics of the heating users.Secondly, the relationship between the outdoor temperature and the water supply temperature isestablished according to the characteristics of the user's demand, the most unfavorable outdoor temperature is used as the basis for the daily water supply temperature.Thirdly, the rule of the impedance change of the user's pipe network under the condition of random personnel in the room is discussed. Finally, the variable characteristics of the pipe network impedance are responded to by the frequency conversion adjustment of the water pump to realize the collaboration of terminal decentralized adjustment and centralized regulation. The calculation results show that there is a great potential for energy saving in the heating system under coordinated regulation. The collaborative regulation method proposed in this study can significantly reduce the operation energy consumption of the heating system.
