In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the real estate market is getting hotter and hotter,and the real estate boom continues to heat up.However,while the real estate industry is developing rapidly,many real estate companies only seek development speed and economic benefits.The quality of housing construction is still emerging,becoming a hot spot for buyers and the media.The quality of housing construction is closely related to the life and health of the residents and the property safety.It is one of the important reasons for determining the stable trend of society and economy.Therefore,the quality management of real estate projects has become the focus of industry management monitoring.Construction project management is a comprehensive,complex and arduous system engineering.It is a one-time comprehensive management and control of the whole process of the specific construction project and construction project as the object,goal and content.The implementation of construction projects requires coordination and cooperation of multiple types of work,and the use of multiple technologies.The quality management of engineering projects has benefited from the development of modern management ideas,the progress of management technology and the improvement of management methods,and has made significant progress.At present,although China has accumulated a lot of research on the quality management of construction projects,it has accumulated a lot of experience,but with the changes of economic and social environment,these research results can not fully adapt to the current situation,and guide the quality of current real estate projects.Management lacks timeliness,and some project management models and methods do not match the current environment,resulting in unstable quality and customer dissatisfaction.The safety accidents related to quality problems are still emerging one after another.Nowadays,the outstanding problems in the quality of China's engineering projects include: unsatisfactory management effects,inadequate implementation of management systems,difficulty in lowering quality management costs,and uncontrollable factors.Based on the life cycle quality management theory,this paper studies the quality management problems of HL Group real estate construction projects.This paper discusses it in detail through six parts:The first chapter expounds the research background,purpose and significance,methods and contents of this paper and the analysis of the status quo outside the country;the second chapter summarizes the whole life cycle through literature review.Theoretical and engineering project life cycle management definition and stage division,detailed overview of quality management,construction engineering quality management,and total quality management,is the theoretical basis and basis of this study;the third chapter outlines the HL Group quality management system,introduced HL Group Company Profile,analyzed the quality factors affecting construction projects,construction quality management basis and procedures,construction quality control methods,construction quality management system establishment and operation and quality management system process;Chapter 4 analysis and research of HL Group real estate construction projects The paper analyzes and summarizes the current life cycle quality management status of HL Group real estate construction projects and the causes of the problems,and provides the basis for the subsequent research on quality management research.The fifth chapter is aimed at the problems in the quality management of HL Group real estate construction projects.Targeted use In the measures to solve the quality management problems,the main ones are to realize the optimization of organizational structure,process standardization,and improve the quality management system;establish and improve the quality management system and dynamic monitoring system,and conscientiously implement the project life cycle quality management plan,through the application These powerful measures,the problems in the quality management of HL Group's real estate construction projects can be alleviated to a large extent,thus improving the quality management level of HL Group's real estate project development and improving the core competitiveness of its projects in the market.At the same time,it can improve the theoretical research on the quality management of real estate construction projects in China,and it has certain practical reference significance for improving the quality management level of the project.
