Aiming at the problems existing in the application of scaffolding in the current project,a company invented a new type of scaffolding,namely,a self-locking ball joint multi-functional scaffolding.This article introduces the design of scaffolding.The difference between the scaffold and the traditional scaffold is mainly reflected in the connection form of the node and the node of the locator.The self-locking ball joint multi-purpose scaffold adopts a new type of ball joint to complete the effectiveness of the vertical pole and the horizontal pole,the vertical pole and the diagonal pole.The connection and design of the corresponding template support system can complete the erection requirements of different frames and achieve multi-functionality.Because the functional performance of the scaffold is closely related to the force performance of the node,and the research on the self-locking ball joint multi-functional scaffold is still a new topic,so this paper mainly studies the joint performance of the scaffold.The research method is based on the research methods of other similar scaffolds.Through the analysis of the bearing capacity of this new type of scaffold,the mechanical performance of the nodes is known.The contents of the research include the experiments of poles and bars,poles and slanted poles,vertical joints,and positioners.The transmission characteristics and ultimate bearing capacity of the joints are obtained.The numerical calculations are performed with the finite element software ANSYS Workbench.comparative analysis.The study draws the following main conclusions:(1)Through the analysis of the connection reliability of the nodes,theoretically,the inclined iron of the scaffold connecting rod and the crossbar connecting node will form a self-locking structure under normal use.The reliability analysis of joint weldscan be used to ensure the effect of joint weld reliability on the structural performance of the joints.(2)Through the destruction test of the node,complete the tensile test of the crossbar and vertical joints,the tensile test of diagonal joints and vertical joints,the tension test of vertical joints,and the compressive resistance test of the positioner,and obtain the force transmission characteristics of the joints.,ultimate bearing capacity,weak position,and failure mode.(3)Numerical simulation of tensile force of crossbar and pole nodes,compression of crossbar and pole nodes,tension resistance of slant poles and vertical poles,tension of vertical joints,and tension of positioner by finite element software ANSYS Workbench analysis of the node's force transmission characteristics,ultimate bearing capacity,weak position,and failure mode.The finite element simulation results of the joints are compared with the test results.The failure modes of the nodes in the test and the ultimate bearing capacity of the joints are basically consistent with the finite element results.The correctness of the test and finite element numerical simulation analysis is shown.
