ZSDJ tubular steel scaffolding is a new scaffold system, it uses inserting type links instead of traditional friction links, self-locking links instead of mutually locking links; structural design locking instead of man-made locking; removes whole accessory and moving part. It namely only need to insert the rail plug into the corresponding subulate aperture in the upright rod and knocking tightly. It is impossible for the traditional scaffolding to achieve the promote speed and quality in the building course of ZSDJ tubular steel scaffolding. In accordance with such one kind of new scaffolding, the ultimate bearing capacity is studied and design calculation formula is achieved in this paper by SAP2000, the main works are the follows:(1)The calculating theory of fasten-style tubular steel scaffolding and the classification of node type in each country standard as well as M -θ_r models of semi-rigid connection are analyzed, the calculating model and analysis method of ZSDJ tubular steel scaffolding node in this paper is defined.(2)The static analysis of the ZSDJ tubular steel scaffolding node has proved that the plug can be self-locking under normal operation instead of upward voluntarily; Buckling analysis is carried on to the scaffold to forecast the upper limit of buckling loads and achieve the buckling configuration; Then ultimate bearing capacity analysis is carried on to the scaffold considering the beginning defect and geometry nonlinearity of structure, the variety rule of ultimate bearing capacity under different node linking rigid is analyzed, finally the value of linking stiffness of ZSDJ tubular steel scaffolding is defined.(3)The influence factors of ZSDJ tubular steel scaffolding ultimate bearing capacity are analyzed. They are cross range, longitudinal distance and step distance of the upright rod, the rod sweeping the floor, the installation of support to the wall and distribution of loads and the forelock degree of rail plug.(4)The complicated whole stability model of ZSDJ tubular steel scaffolding is predigested to the simple stability model of the upright rod according to the calculation account of ultimate bearing capacity analysis, the value of calculation length coefficientμand calculation length additional coefficient k are achieved, and the calculation formula of stability calculation of upright nod, intensity calculation of longitudinal and transverse as well as building attitude of scaffolding is achieved.
