Since the 13 th five-year plan,with the development of China's energy-saving society in recent years,some projects have adopted various recycled materials formed by secondary processing and forming of industrial waste materials,mainly aerated concrete lightweight masonry,as the hollow floor inner filler.This method has been used for a short time in China,and it still lacks detailed research reports on supporting technologies and relevant studies.Through this paper,it is beneficial to strengthen project quality control and scientific construction,promote the use of green building materials and protect the environment.In this paper,the application of the inner mold and the application of the inner mold in the cast-in-place hollow floor slab is studied,and the application of the performance defect of the autoclaved aerated concrete block is achieved.The application results show that the application of autoclaved aerated concrete block in the cast-in-place hollow floor slab is feasible,and the engineering quality can be guaranteed by taking certain measures.According to the cast-in-place hollow floor slab quality problems cause analysis and statistics,this paper puts forward the cast-in-place hollow floor construction quality control of A class of factors is the concrete control and internal model control,formulate the corresponding control measures.Based on the analysis of the autoclaved aerated concrete block product standards and internal model of product standards on the basis of the differences and similarities of autoclaved aerated concrete block is proposed in the acceptance standard,developed a waterproof performance defects of three processing methods,and through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)management,cost,technology,progress of four factors comprehensive comparison,select the most suitable for practical engineering instances of pre treatment scheme for water.This article formulated the cast-in-place hollow floor slab quality control measures and autoclaved aerated concrete block,on the basis of performance defects treatment scheme,according to the actual engineering conditions make the block internal model of the cast-in-place hollow floor construction scheme and quality control measures,then in the project.After the implementation of the project and the quality control measures,the sample inspection was carried out.The inspection results showed that the quality control effect met the enterprise standard requirements,and the quality control measures achieved the purpose.This paper through to the cast-in-place hollow floor of block filling body construction and quality control method is applied to make a beneficial exploration for the industry of aerated concrete block new materials,such as built-in filling body providing some ideas and reference,to better achieve the goal of scientific construction.
