Based on the engineering practice of the main structure of the inpatient rehabilitation building in a new project of a county people’s hospital,this paper studies the quality control technology of cast-in-situ transversely reinforced hollow floor with tube core and inner mould.A series of engineering practice research has been carried out.The main research contents are as follows:Through investigating a large number of domestic and foreign construction quality status of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor,consulting relevant data and analyzing statistical data,it is concluded that the main quality problems of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor are the deviation of floor elevation exceeding the standard,the low floor hollow rate and the imprecision of floor concrete,accounting for 86% of the total quality problems.Combining with BIM technology,innovative optimization and innovation have been made on the forming quality of cast-in-place concrete hollow floor.A series of quality control points of cast-in-place concrete hollow floor have been put forward,and concrete protective cushion block with anti-floating function has been invented innovatively.Through the application of a series of quality control techniques in the new project of Nanxian People’s Hospital,the quality control of pre-cast hollow floor has been realized.The first pass rate of quality has been raised from 83.35% to 96.6%.The rationality and applicability of the quality control technology in this paper have been verified,which can provide technical support and reference for the design and construction of similar projects in the future.
