The Research On The Protection And Renewal Of Traditional Village In Shi Chuan Gou Village Of Lantian County Under The Idea Of Limited Intervention

As the fourth batch selection of Chinese traditional villages list,Shishuangou village Lantian county in its self-organization growth possessed the characteristics of Hakka traditional culture and the wisdom of space constructing of Qinling mountain area villages,which showed regional distinctive charactriscs.However,with the changing of the age,the impacting of urbanization,the weakening factors of its own cultures,clans etc.and the blind intervention from the government and the planning external stakeholders,which lead to the decline of traditional space,the dispersion of the whole space and the alienation of residential space in the process of village space evolution.It faced great challenges in the protection and inheritance of traditional village characteristic space in Shishuangou village.So,the core of researching was how to protect and update in the form of appropriate intervention to the traditional village space of Shichuang village,guiding the villagers to establish cultural cognition and confidence,giving full play to the role of village to update in orderly self-organization.Firstly,The author analyzed the characteristics of space construction and cultural characteristics of traditional villages in Shishuanggou village,summarized the influencing factors and mechanism of village space renewal from the evolution of village space,and also analyzed the existing problems in space village from the angle of mechanism of space evolution.The important reasons were the collapses of mechanism of village traditional self-organization which caused by the declined factors of village culture,clans and the blind intervention by external interven to main subjects such as government planning.Then,it sorted out the relevent renewal research through the protection of traditional villages at home and abroad.Under the guidance of the concept of limited intervention,the village space of Shishuanggou was protected and updated under the external active role depending on the help of the government planning intervention to subjects.And now,aiming to different value space with different intervention methods,the classified category contents were determined from three aspects: landscape natural space,public cultural space and residential building space;Finally basing on this study,the demonstration of the village space was established and the guidelines were formulated,in order to guide the villagers to orderly participate in the protection and renewal of Shishuanggou village.Research shows: The renewal of traditional village space in Shishuangou village was the results of its self-organization renewal in a relatively stable environment which villagers were mutual influenced by dynamic factors like natural factors,factors of clan cultures,economy and technology.Under the background of the age,the traditional dynamic mechanism of village was disappeared and required the proper intervening of external intervention force to protect and update the village space.During the protection and renewal,the external intervention to subjects should follow the principle of limited intervention of classification,to full play the positive role of controlling and guiding,to protect and continue the traditional characteristics of villages,to strengthen the cultural cognition and confidence of the villagers,to promote endogenous development of villages and to realize the healthy and orderly renewal of villages.For the contents of renewal,the intervening methods of external intervention to subjects should be different as to the classification of space elements in different rural area.It should formulate strict requirements for protection,renewal and strengthening control to the important landscape space,the public space with prominent cultural features,and the elements of historic residential space.It should be limited intervening to the space elements of general value of living and producing,in the process of initiative construction,villagers were guided to continue their characteristics of traditional space and met to their own living requirements;in the protection and renewal of subjects,the renewal community of village should be given full play to the villager as the main body,the government as the supervision,and the planning policy as the guidance;in terms of protecting and renewal design,it should strengthen the understanding of villagers to natural countryside and give full play to the local cultural characteristics,extract the wisdom of traditional space construction,respect the pattern and form of traditional space,and use local materials and techniques to carry out the regionalization of renewal design of village space;during the process of protecting and updating,it was proposed to set up a updated demonstration of village space and formulate guidelines for village updating,it should strengthen the participation of villagers,build up cultural awareness and confidence,and give full play to the influence of nature,clans and culture factors within villages,so that the villagers can be initiative to the construction of respecting the local land,continuation of tradition and orderly protection and renewal of village space.
