Research On Traditional Village Protection And Renewal Planning Based On Villagers' Participation

With the country paying more and more attention to the protection of traditional villages,the government has formulated relevant policies and regulations for protection,but at present,the renewal of village protection mainly focuses on the physical environmental protection such as village location pattern,landscape nodes,architectural features and so on.Neglecting the role of the main body of the villagers in the development of the village,resulting in the decline of the material environment of the village,the participation rate of the villagers is low.Based on the clarification of the theoretical system of villagersundefined participation,combined with the current situation of villages,this study takes people as the main body of environmental protection renewal from the perspective of villagersundefined participation,and explores a model suitable for the protection and renewal of traditional villages.This paper summarizes the relevant theories of villagersundefined participation and village protection and renewal,and draws lessons from the successful experiences of Taomi Community,Qingling Village and Zitong Village in Taiwan,and clarifies the necessity of villagersundefined participation.As well as the contents and principles of village protection and renewal,this paper puts forward the premise and motive force of villagersundefined participation,and establishes the system and planning process of tripartite cooperation among villagers,governments and designers,and constructs the guarantee system of villagersundefined participation in planning.In practice,taking Jia Yuan Village as an example,taking the field investigation and visit investigation as the basis,combined with the case study of the existing villageprotection data,this paper analyzes and summarizes the material environment and non-material environment of Jia Yuan Village.On the premise of understanding the relevant planning objectives of the government and guiding policies,investigate the needs and wishes of the villagers in their lives,so that the villagers can give full play to their subjective initiative and participate fully in the planning and design.With the participation of designers and villagers,the protection and transformation of the village was completed.The protection and renewal of traditional villages based on villagersundefined participation has changed the traditional top-down government-led planning model,respected the main position of villagers,deepened the sense of belonging of villages,and the protection and transformation of villages are more in line with the needs of villagers.It is beneficial to the benign development of villages and can provide new development ideas for rural planning and construction.
