Industrial building is the infrastructure of industrial production.Due to many factors such as complex production environment and long-term overload and inadequate maintenance measures,the damage of structure durability often occurs not yet reached the end of their service life,which not only seriously affects the industrial production safety,but also endanger people's lives and cause property loss.The deterioration of the structure durability of industrial building has a certain regularity.If it is possible to take measures for maintenance and reinforcement in the early stage of structural durability damage of industrial building,it will be possible to extend the service life of industrial building.Therefore,this project aims to design an intelligent supervisory control system of structure durability for industrial buildings.The real-time online monitoring of the relevant parameters of the relevant parameters of structure durability of industrial building can be performed.It is also possible to evaluate the structure durability of the industrial building through intelligent algorithms.It compensates for the shortcomings of traditional manual detection with low accuracy and the evaluation results are disturbed by human factors.It provides scientific guidance for the structural maintenance and reinforcement of industrial building.First,based on the field surveys of the Wuhan Iron and Steel Industrial Buildings and the Yulin Shenhua Power Building,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign structure durability monitoring technologies and existing evaluation methods were analyzed.Then,a framework for the intelligent supervisory control system of structure durability for industrial building was built.The hardware system design and software system design of intelligent supervisory control system of structure durability for industrial building were completed.Secondly,the method of evaluating the structure durability evaluation method of industrial building isstudied by using the rough set attribute reduction method and the decision tree algorithm.Finally,using the SQL Server database and Microsoft Visual Studio development tool to achieve the development of the intelligent supervisory control system of structure durability for industrial building management center based on B/S architecture.The system of big data analysis of durability structure of industrial building based on Hadoop architecture was studied.The function of big data analysis system was designed.Tableau intelligent data analysis software was used to analyze,and display and store and manage the structural durability data of industrial building.In this paper,through the design and research on intelligent supervisory control system of structure durability for industrial building,not only realized the wireless collection and long-distance transmission and storage of the durability data of industrial building.The application of structure durability big data analysis technology for industrial building has also been studied.The industrial building structure durability evaluation method can also provide scientific guidance for the maintenance and reinforcement of industrial building.
