| Structural Reinforcement of Old Industrial Building(referred to as SROIBR in various titles)has received increasing attention at home and abroad.The state is also vigorously promoting the renovation of existing urban buildings.The survey found that many old industrial buildings have aging structures and poor material properties,leading to the vulnerability of the structural safety system in the transformation process,which makes it difficult to resist external risks and makes it difficult to control safety.In order to find the emphasis and improvement points of the safety management of the structural reinforcement in the reconstruction of old industrial buildings,and to evaluate the vulnerability of the structural reinforcement safety system,a vulnerability research method considering the effects of both single factor and multiple factors is proposed through theoretical research and investigation.The main contents are as follows:(1)Explore related theoretical and practical issues of vulnerability research in the field of old industrial buildings.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the related theories and the combination of them with the renovation and reinforcement of the old industrial buildings.This paper investigates the inspection and identification data of several old industrial plants,summarizes the structural conditions and problems in the process of renovation and reinforcement of the cases,and lays a foundation for the establishment of a complete index system.(2)Establish the vulnerability index system of the security system of the retrofitted structure of old industrial buildings.An improved VSD model(Vulnerability Scoping Diagram)is proposed,which includes four vulnerability elements,namely,exposure,sensitivity,adaptability and disturbance,of the internal and external risk attributes of the system,combined with four security system elements,namely,collaborative management,structure state,construction environment and technical method.System vulnerability indicators were cross-classified from two dimensions.The index importance score was obtained by questionnaire,and SPSS software was used to test and screen,and the vulnerability index system chart was constructed.(3)Analyze the relationship between the influencing factors of the vulnerability of the security system of the retrofitting structure of old industrial buildings.By using structural equation model(SEM),it is found that the disturbance force indirectly affects the vulnerability of the safety system of structural reinforcement,and the exposure,sensitivity and adaptability are the direct causes,and the exposure has the greatest influence.Based on the importance analysis of internal vulnerability factors,the sensitivity has the greatest influence.The importance of the direct cause is explained from both inside and outside the system as a whole and within the system.(4)Build the single factor and multi-factor vulnerability assessment models based on cloud model-coupling degree model in the security system of structural reinforcement,and apply them to examples.Considering the relationship between the single factors,the cloud model is used to evaluate the vulnerability level of the single indicator.In view of the correlation between multiple subsystems,the coupling degree of the subsystem is calculated by introducing the coupling degree model.Through the application of examples,the single factor and multiple factors in subsystem coupling with relatively high and low vulnerability are identified,and the control measures are proposed from the mode of action and the research object,which provides a reference for the structural safety control of the renovation and reinforcement of old industrial buildings in the future. |
