Noise intensity is an important indicator for many mechanical products.To reduce product noise,it is usually necessary to identify the noise source and the location.The sound intensity is vector,which not only can identify the sound source in the near and far field,but also has a simple measurement method and is not affected by the background noise.Sound intensity testing technology has advantages in the field of noise source location and control method.It is mainly researched the three-dimensional vector sound intensity testing methods for noise source identification in the paper.The four-microphone threedimensional sound intensity measurement method proposed by Hideo Suzuki et al.is improved,and the algorithm implementation of this method is researched.Based on the principle of improved measurement algorithm,a four-microphone three-dimensional sound intensity probe was designed and manufactured.The single-frequency sound source localization experiment was performed using this measurement method.Experiments show that this method can effectively identify the position of the sound source in space.The main error of the three-dimensional sound intensity measurement method includes the finite difference error and the phase mismatch error between the sound intensity probe.Combining the errors of the two-microphone sound intensity measurement method,the formulas of finite difference and phase mismatch errors in the sound field of the plane wave are deduced,and the sound intensity frequency range measured by the sound intensity measurement method is determined.The finite difference error cannot be corrected and can only be reduced during the measurement process.The phase mismatch error and sensitivity error are corrected by the frequency response function method.The output value of the calibrated microphone channel is divided by the corresponding frequency response function,and the new output value is consistent with the output value of the reference microphone,thereby correcting the error with the reference microphone.In this paper,a multi-source localization method based on three-dimensional sound intensity measurement is studied.The realization of this algorithm is studied.Taking two sound sources with the same frequency as an example,using three threedimensional sound intensity probes,the sound intensity in the sound field is sampled at multiple points,and the identification method is verified by simulation calculations and experimental studies in a semi-anechoic room.It shows that using three threedimensional sound intensity probes can accurately locate two sources with the same frequency.Therefore,with N three-dimensional sound intensity probes,(N-1)cochannel sound source positions can be determined.Therefore,the multi-sound source localization method based on three-dimensional sound intensity measurement has high reliability and can effectively identify the spatial orientation of the same frequency multi-source.
