| Under the background of urban renewal in China,many cities have left problems of existing residential building.The existing residential building itself has certain design flaws,and the envelope structure has also been damaged.Whether these existing residential buildings have the value of continued use,and whether their physical environment meets the living requirements of modern people are gradually being paid attention to by people.Taking the existing residential buildings in the hot summer and cold winter areas as research objects,This thesis collects the theory and practical experience of the existing residential building reform at home and abroad,and combines with China’s national conditions,summarizes and summarizes the various factors that need attention in the improvement of existing residential buildings,and the improvement and optimization of the physical environment of the existing residential building as the research focus.Five typical cases in Jingjiang City,Jiangsu Province were selected for field surveys,questionnaires were used to evaluate the residents’ use evaluation,physical environment data of indoor and outdoor buildings were measured.The physical environment problems of existing residential building were summarized,and suitable improvement plans were proposed.The model was established through the DeST-h software,and the model of different building materials and construction practices was established according to the improvement plan,and the optimal strategy was summarized.It will provide certain reference value for the research and practical operation of the physical environment of existing residential buildings in the future. |
